Although the weather was too cold and wet to use the swimming pool and other outdoor amenities, the view of the backyard was lovely. Bridal Party at the Cottage

As I stepped inside the cottage I was met with a warm, homey feeling. The house was very clean and cozy. My fiancee (now husband) and I stayed in the master suite. The bed was so very comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft, not overly starched with chemicals like in hotels. We had a full house but it never felt overcrowded. The kitchen was completely furnished and came in handy as my friend spent a couple days making my wedding cake and making breakfast and lunch for the whole crew. We were able to spend some time outside on the lovely porch overlooking the back yard - which was peaceful and beautiful. I only wish we had been there when the pool was open and been able to see the mini river that has been built into the landscaping of the back yard. As for the location, it is practically next to Utica Square and only a few miles from Harwelden Mansion (where we got married during our stay). It is in a very nice neighborhood and easy to get to from the highway. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family and might even return for a short summer "stay-cation".

We stayed at Copper Creek Cottage while in Tulsa for our daughter’s wedding and it was a hit for the entire family! It was large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and felt just like home. The decor is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the sheets and towels are plush and soft, and the kitchen is stocked with an abundance of dishes, cookware, and all the appliances to make things easy. There are two areas with televisions that are very comfortable and a nice place to relax. The yard is very quiet, peaceful, and large, and has something for everyone from the pool, stream and coy pond, basketball hoop, swing set, grassy area, barbeque, two tables with plenty of seating. We hosted a rehearsal brunch for 30 people and the house accommodated everyone nicely. The kids that came to visit loved the toys and the "secret room" was a hit! It was nice to come back to a house instead of a hotel room after a day of the hustle and bustle of wedding preparations, and to be able to have a central gathering place for everyone that came to town. It is evident that the owners have put a lot of tender love and care into this home; it shows with every personal touch from the welcome basket in the fridge to the comfortable pillows and throws and to each carefully decorated room. I am sure that we will be visiting our daughter a lot and I am glad we discovered Copper Creek Cottage; we will be staying here again!

Copper Creek Cottage was immaculate and well-appointed. Located in the nicest part of Tulsa, it is close to the upscale shopping area in town, as well as beautiful parks, museums and historic homes. It surpassed our expectations in every way and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Copper Creek Cottage is located in the nicest part of Tulsa, very conveniently situated near the best shopping area and the most beautiful parks and historic homes. The house was was immaculate and well-appointed. It I would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

We rented 4 vacation homes for our church group from Nebraska while attending the Tulsa Workshop Copper Creek Cottage and Home Court Resort (both owned by this welcoming host) were top notch accommodations. Copper Creek Cottage is very nicely decorated, well maintained and very comfortable. Very nice, quiet neighborhood close to many of the activities of Tulsa. The owners are available to help you with any needs you may have beforehand or during your stay. Thanks for a great stay!!

Copper Creek Cottage was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The descriptions and pictures are accurate. The house is warm and welcoming. I would recommend this home to anyone who wishes to stay in Tulsa. You will not find a better place. We came to see Muse at the BOK Center, and afterwards we took in the history and the sights. Before we left, our teenage daughter informed us that she wants to buy the house when she gets older :)

The owners were very nice and quick to respond to an additional night on the day of arrival. We trying t avoid a snow storm and asked to check in a day early on the day we needed to travel. They were quick to respond! We love the house. It was very nicely decorated, roomy, and we had a nice little gift in the frig! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The home is settle in a safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping, eating establishments, and grocery stores. All you need to relax and have some fun with family and friends!

I have stayed in lots of home rentals but never one so well equipped. Beautiful home, and the owners have thought of everything! The welcome basket is a wonderful treat that all owners should include with a rental. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We arrived at 3 pm to check in at the home on January 1st, 2013. First of all, the neighborhood is lovely. Beautiful homes, tree lined streets and close to anything you could wish to see in Tulsa. The home itself exceeded our expectations. The pictures just don't do it justice. Everything is well maintained and the home is decorated beautifully and immediately makes you feel welcome and at home. I brought my bike as I'm an avid cyclist. I rode each day from the house to Whole Foods in Tulsa, then to the amazing trails along the river. I actually never used a car to get anywhere because the home was in such a wonderful location. We have family in the area and with 3 kids (two of which are teenagers) it is so nice to have a beautiful, comfortable, large home to stay in. My family kept talking about how much they loved the home and couldn't wait to come back. The backyard is also fantastic! We couldn't use the pool obviously, but the kids were outside any chance they got using the basketball hoop. This home is absolutely amazing and my goodness, what a value! We really look forward to coming back each year for our family visits. We may even come back to Oklahoma more than once a year now that we've found such an amazing place to stay!

We have used VRBO for several years now for our annual family vacations. While we've yet to have a bad experience, Copper Creek Cottage was easily the BEST property we've rented. Exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and complete with all of the little things that made our stay one to remember. The property owners are caring and conscientious - fully committed to exceeding your expectations. We could not give a stronger recommendation.

Awesome Accomodations

We have stayed at many Home Away places but this was tops. They had everything at the house that a parent of twins could ever need. The house was super clean, it was soooooo functional and all the various living spaces were perfect for all the kids we had. The back yard was a blast for my twins even in the cold. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to make anything you wanted. The neighborhood was charming and the area was perfect. Its close to everything and to all the main highways which was perfect. I cant wait to stay at this place again this summer. The owners left thoughtful personal touches for us. They put up 3 stockings over the fireplace for our kids and had cookies for them. They had a lovely gift basket with fruit, candy,and sparkling grapejuice. This wasnt a normal rental...it was like a bed and breakfast (minus the chef). This house was very family friendly in its decor and its dvd selections and it was just so nice and relaxing. I really can go on and on as we have stayed in homes from Tokyo to Italy through Home Away but this one takes the cake!!!!!

This was our second stay at Cooper Creek Cottage and it will not be our last. we visited the copper creek cottage for a week and it was the perfect stay. great location for all the great neighborhood places, 15th, peoria ave, utica square, whole foods was close great restaurants. easy access to river bike trails. the owners think of everything. lots of linens and amenities. there was just the two of us but this place could easily hanle two couple or a family with several kids. the bedrooms and closet space were amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place. wonderful Tulsa visit.

September Family Retreat!

Copper Creek Cottage was a great choice for our little family reunion for several reasons: First the location was convenient to downtown where we found a great Mexican Food restaurant, the airport where I had to drive to pick up and deliver my daughter from Maryland, Utica Square for excellent shopping, and a safe neighborhood to take an evening walk. The property had outdoor spaces to accomodate various ages and activities. The pool was very refreshing, the "creek/fish pond" provided relaxing sounds and diversion watching and listening tothe water and koi. The deck gave sunning opportunity as well as al fresco dining. The basketball area kept our boys engaged, the playground kept the younger children happy, and we all enjoyed making smores around the fire pit! Inside the home was pleasant to the eye and easy to keep clutter-free. I brought board games but Clue and other great family games were furnished. We enjoyed using the dining room table for these times of indoor fun. The bedrooms were very comfortable. My granddaughters enjoyed the trundle bed in the study, the boys liked the bunk-bed trundle in the playroom, the guest room is a generous size and my son and his wife had plenty of room in there. My daughter and I enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and walk-in closet/bathroom. All beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything I needed. I brought my own crockpot, but there was one furnished as well. I also brought my own coffee grinder but needn't have. There was one of those too! I used the laundry room alot since we were in the pool so much. The washer/dryer set was fantastic! There were also generous supplies of paper products, garbage bags, and soaps/detergents. I had taken my own bug spray but that was also available. The only thing I found wanting in the kitchen was a rubber spatula. I highly recommend this vacation home! The owner was attentive to any problems we encountered, we found everything in great working order.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Copper Creek. The home is nicer than it is described. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the private bath in the master suite. The pool was just right for our kids. The creek offered an added sense of tranquility. We found ourselves just enjoying being around the home and not feeling like we had to go and do as much stuff around the city. Thanks again.

Donna and Park, thank-you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us. This made a great location for the whole family meet and have an early celebration of our mother's 80th birthday. Mom was able to relax and enjoy herself just like she was in her own home! Of course the pool, basketball goal, swingset and waterfall / fish pond were a big hit with the great grandkids.

Home away from Home

This was our 2nd visit to Copper Creek Cottage. We were in this wonderful home for 2 weeks and we loved every minute of it. The gracious owners go out of their way to make sure that every possible thing you could think of is available for your use. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool was wonderfully inviting each day in the 100 degree weather we had while there. We barbecued, played basketball daily (there was a competition going on) and played with our grandchildren on the swings. We hardly left the home at all, except to get more ice cream :). Our son and his family live in Tulsa so this is what we consider our home away from home. I highly recommend this home......you will not be disappointed. Thank you Park and Donna for another extraordinary visit. We always feel so at home in your lovely house. We are already looking forward to the next stay.

The Mainer's favorite spot in Tulsa!!

By far the best place to stay in Tulsa. This rental has it all!! The best backyard I've ever seen complete with a pool and fire pit! The 2 different living spaces allowed us to spread out and visit with our family. Kitchen was stocked, never ran out of dishes or lacked anything from our own home. LOTS of pool and bath towels...there is a washer and dryer but we never had to use it! The neighborhood is gorgeous. Evenings were spent walking around and admiring the lovely homes and architecture! We are vacation rental owners ourselves and have big expectations when we travel and this house exceeded all the boxes!! We would love to stay here again!!

Fantastic vacation!!

I spent 5 relaxing days at Copper Creek with my wife and our 3.5 year old twins. Everything was better as described. Upon arrival, everything was spotless and just as advertised - actually better than advertised. They even left some bubbles, chalk, and water guns for our children to play with along with a little something for the adults in the fridge. Our kids spent mornings and afternoons playing in the pool. My wife's sister and niece even spent the night one night and slept in the office off of the kitchen which has a day bed and trundle. I loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the kids play in the pool with their cousin while watching soccer on the TV through the windows in the den. At night we were able to grill, make s'mores in the fire pit, swing, shoot hoops, or just chill and watch a movie. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the house exceeded all expectations. The master bath is crazy cool and that is coming from a guy. Oh, and the outdoor bathroom was a hit expecially with little kids. No going in and out to use the bathroom. Honestly, I can't think of anything else that the owner's could do to make the house better/more comfortable. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Park and Donna.

Exceeded all my expectations. The house, the yard, the furnishings were all very well appointed. I booked Cottage Creek as my home away from home during the week of my daughters' wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone. The entire house was clean and well organized. Easy to find anything we needed, towels, kitchen items, TV remotes, everything you would want to make you feel right at home. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the incredible stream running through the backyard. We grilled outside, cooked in the well equipped kitchen that was stocked with any cooking item you could want. We didn't have small children with us but this would be a wonderful place for small ones.The owner was great to work with and was very understanding of the stress a wedding brings. All arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would certainly return to Copper Creek Cottage in the future. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality home.

Inter-Continental Wedding May 2012

We wanted a base for ourselves, family and friends from the UK attending our Son's wedding being held in Tulsa. Copper Creek Cottage exceeded our wildest expectations! Everyone who stayed or visited (we seemed to have a variety of visitors from UK and USA every day) commented on how great the cottage was. The details on the web site are spot on and it lives up to everything we read beforehand. Park and Donnas assistance to organise the rehearsal dinner (in our case a free and easy Barbecue) was helpful beyond description. Their guidance in more general terms meant we found places to shop and eat without any stress making what would otherwise have been a very stressed event in a stange location (to us) much less so. Of special note to those coming by air is that Tulsa airport is a dream and an easy drive to the cottage with no heavy traffic to navigate....... The tranquility of the location and decor was just what we needed.... This review is a bit late being posted due to having to deal with the consequences of a family bereavement while we were away but the support offered by Copper Creek Cottage was key in us managing to handle this and have a great wedding celebration. Thank you both VERY much for everthing.....

Copper Creek Cottage provided the perfect setting for our family get together. There was ample space for family and friends to either stop in for a short visit or stay the night in one of the several sleeping accommodations. Our family tended to gravitate towards the outdoors to enjoy the spacious deck and babbling brook. All of us enjoyed the comforts of this beautifully decorated home. Personally, I enjoyed my morning jogs through the gorgeous neighborhoods, down to Swan Lake, Woodward Park and back through Utica Square. Others in our group preferred coffee and bagels on the deck, identifying local bird calls. We found that one of the many advantages of our stay was the fact that everything we needed was right at our finger tips; extra pillows, blankets, chairs and kitchen utensils, the list goes on. We look forward to returning to Copper Creek Cottage in the future. If you’re planning on an extended stay in the Tulsa area and considering a hotel suite for more space, you need not look any further. Tom & Jenny

Our experience at Copper Creek Cottage could not have been better!! Seven female friends from high school together for our annual reunion. We like to stay in, eating most of our meals, playing games, and visiting. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything; a couple of things we needed were provided by the owners when requested. The cottage is clean, clean, and the bathrooms are amply supplied with plenty of towels, etc.

WOW - What a place. Exceeded all our expectations. The house, the yard, the furnishings were all fantastic. Stayed for 3 nights at the Copper Creek Cottage with my family (wife and 2 girls) and my parents. There was plenty of space for everyone. The entire house was clean and well organized. Easy to find anything we needed - towels, kitchen items, TV remotes, etc. Enjoyed sitting on the deck each night listening to the incredible stream built by the owner running through the backyard. We did not cook any dinners, but the kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item you might need. The owner was great to work with. He answered all questions prior to our arrival. All arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will certainly return to Copper Creek Cottage in the future!!

After spending four wonderful nights in this incredible space, my wife and I both wished we could have stayed many more. This place will blow you away! Great furnishings (probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in), fully equipped kitchen, wonderful outdoor setting (pool, babbling brook, fire pit, etc..) Every day it was a struggle just to leave this place to do sightseeing and such because it is such an incredibly comfortable place to just hang out. We will definitely be back..

Our family loved this vacation home. Our large group including a teenager and five small children stayed entertained in the amazing backyard with the basketball court, swingset, firepit, and creek. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed coffee each morning to the sound of the running creek, and watched the kids run and play. A wonderful place with great owners who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome!

Wonderful Tulsa Home away from Home

My husband and I and our three young children (7, 4, 4) stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were happy exploring in the backyard and playing games inside. We checked out some Tulsa attractions and had some relaxing downtime in this home that is very comfortable and inviting. We were impressed with how many options there were for sleeping- the kids had a few choices about where they would like to sleep which helped with the transition from being away from their own beds. We were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen, and I was relieved to find hairdryers when I realized I had forgotten mine. I could have packed less- you have thought of everything! Thank you Park and Donna for insuring that your home is so comfortable for your guests. We had a very nice time and were able to relax. And with our three youngsters that is really the most positive comment I can think of!

Christmas at Copper Creek Cottage

Our family had a wonderful time here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated (even a Christmas tree and stockings!) AND it was relatively child-proof. We didn't have to put too many things out of the reach of our 2-yr-old granddaughter. We filled up all the beds which led to some traffic jams in the bathrooms, but we knew that would happen with 2 bathrooms. No one wanted to go out in the "cool" December weather to use the pool restroom! The kitchen was well equipt. We fixed a Christmas dinner for 12 adults and 3 kids and found eveything we needed as far as cooking gear. There were places for ten people at two tables, and then the rest sat comfortably on the sunroom sofa. The backyard was a hit with all, particularly the basketball goal and the slide. Since it was winter, the pool and the waterfall were not operating, but they looked like they would be wonderful in the warmer months. This would be the first place we would look up if we ever have a need again in Tulsa.

We had a wonderful time in Tulsa at Copper Creek Cottage! We were there just before Christmas and the owners had set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our enjoyment. The home was very clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed complimentary coffee, some kitchen items like spices, and a generous gift-basket from the owners. Wow! Copper Creek Cottage lived up to and beyond its description...it's difficult to explain how warm and inviting the floorplan and all the amenities are, and how easy it is to feel "at home" here. You need to experience it yourself! Although we live in Tulsa, we rented this property to accommodate out-of-town guests and family during my daughter's wedding weekend. It was perfect in every way, from the comfort of the beds to the ease of navigating and cooking in the kitchen. We had delicious meals around the dining table, lots of laughs in the den, great conversations while cooking, and most of all, memories to last a lifetime while gathered together here. I would love to rent the cottage again when we could share the tremendous backyard with the youngest of our brood, and enjoy the pool. Next time! The photos don't do the property proper justice - it is actually much more beautiful "in person"...no detail missed. It is clean and delightful, and our hosts were wonderful and responsive. If you are traveling to Tulsa for a short or extended time, this is the perfect property to rent in the heart of Midtown - the best of the best! Utica Square is within walking distance, grocery stores are close, and you will feel safe and "at home" every minute. If you're coming to Tulsa for an activity at the University of Tulsa, anywhere downtown, Philbrook Museum, Gilcrease Museum, St. John Medical Center, Hillcrest Medical Center, Brookside, Expo Square, or Cherry Street, or have family gatherings of any type - STAY HERE! We loved it and so will you -

The home is so perfect for a stay with the family. If you have children, they will love the huge back yard with everything from a swing set, basket ball court, fire pit, pond with gold fish, to the porch and pool- which is all enclosed and safe- it's awesome! I loved the jacuzzi and the bedrooms are all decorated lovely. We plan to return soon! :)

We travel all over the country for 2 to 3 weeks a month year round, we stay in many different accommodations from hotels to condos. This home was by far the most comfortable, convenient and overall nicest place we have ever stayed! The description was spot on. Everything was just as the owners said it was. The photos of the home didn't do the home justice. When we walked through the door the home was even nicer than it had appeared in the photographs. The home had everything, from top of the line washer and dryer to beautiful furnishings. The home was immaculate. The owners were there every step of the way, I would recommend this property to any one. The overall experience was excellent. I'm going back next year!!

This is an exceptionally beautiful home which is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It is situated in a peaceful street but close enough to all amenities which makes it an ideal home from home in Tulsa. The house is equipped to a very high standard and nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are very kind and helpful. We loved being able to BBQ and sit by the fire pit in the evenings. Staying in this lovely house made our visit to Tulsa very special and we will have lots of fond memories. I would not hesitate to recommend Copper Creek Cottage to our friends and relatives and we hope to stay here again next time we visit Tulsa.

The pictures don't do the home justice, it's beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. We hosted a rehearsal dinner at the home, our guests were as impressed with the home as we were. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful as well. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. We arrived in the middle of the night unexpectantly and had to call the owners to gain access to the home, Park was gracious, understanding and welcoming. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was the perfect setting for our three families to meet and we couldn't have been more pleased with your lovely home. The chocolate chip cookies were a very nice welcome and we found everything just as it was described, or even better. The teens had plenty of things to keep them occupied with the pool, basketball, and foosball table. The sunroom and deck were favorite places to sit and chat, and we very much enjoyed the creek and gathering around the fire pit for a relaxing evening. The memories are truly priceless! If we ever decide to return to the area, this will absolutely be a first choice of places to stay.

If you are looking for a fabulous home to rent in the Tulsa area make sure you rent this one!!! The house was amazing and the owners were extrememly accompodating. I have rented several homes across the country for vactions and this home by far was the absolute best experience I have ever had. The home furnishing were incredible! All the rooms were amazing, the kitchen was amazing, the back yard was amazing. Needless to say, look no further. This is the home you want to rent!
