The Grand Elk golf course is within walking distance, across the street from the home. Three other courses, Headwaters (5 minutes), Pole Creek (10 minutes) and Grand Lake (20 minutes) are just a short scenic drive away. Boating and fishing is nearby on Lake Granby and Grand Lake along with the Colorado River. Spring through fall, a short walk from the cabin takes you to the Fraser River, kids fishing pond and park. More recreational opportunities, including gyms, swimming pools, climbing walls, ice skating, etc., are available at the YMCA and Grand Park Recreation Center, a short drive away.
The central location also puts you close to a super market, gasoline, liquor stores, restaurants and medical facilities.
The home is well decorated and in NEW condition! The cozy living area with gas fireplace is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle. The master suite has a king size bed and the master bath is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub. About the owner: We have lived in Grand County for more than 30 years, and obviously enjoy the outdoor activities that this area has to offer.
