  My family had planned on coming to Indy for spring break -- just as my brother's family put their house on the market. Rather than stay with him as we usually do, we looked into a VRBO and found Janeece's home and both families stayed there together. It truly was a mini-break for everyone, in our own home town! Plenty of room to relax and play games, and there is absolutely nothing to bring or buy, a part from food. The kitchen is loaded with gadgets I don't have in my own home. Everything from laundry soap to sandwich bags, soap and toothpaste, hair dryers, iron/ironing board. The beds/bedding were fabulous. The location is great. 100% recommended!

  This property is a nicely furnished, well-maintained home and is setup for conveniently for visitors with nice amenities for cold weather, cooking, etc. The location is excellent; within a 10 minute drive to SoBro area. We really enjoyed our stay.

  This rental home fit the bill for us this year perfectly. It is, most of all, sparkling clean and well maintained. It is very well stocked with everything a home needs - and more. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and is close to about anything you could imagine. The home everything it was represented to be and more. We were totally satisfied, and had no surprises. The owner was very personable, helpful, and prompt in all responses. We definitely will plan to rent this home again next year.

  Loved the house. Stayed here for a girls shopping weekend. The house was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood conveniently located to everything, there was a Keurig coffee brewer with a selection of great coffee which I loved, the house was clean and had everything that you could need. I didn't even have to bring hand soap. I'm very particular about cleanliness and this house passed my standards. Janeece was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay at this property. Thanks Janeece for sharing your beautiful house with us,

  Our family of 5 rented this property for our Thanksgiving get-together. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our needs - close to family, shopping and restaurants. Janeece was very accommodating and made the rental process a piece of cake!

  This was our second year at this house and it was great! Pictures reflect the house appearance and amenities accurately. Was clean and well stocked. Even had a kerig coffee maker with coffee for it. A bonus! Large living room to sit and relax and visit in. Great for what we were looking for. Would definatly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Indy area.

  My daughters and I met in Indianapolis for our "dulcimer" weekend and found staying at this property was perfect.......it would perfect even if you didn't play music all day.......... The cost is in line with an Extend-a-stay hote, plus has great amenities that a hotel does not have......we will definitley stay there again. Thank you Janeece for all your help in ming our stay wonderful......new memories......

  This home is just as advertised & the reviews are real. (sometimes you wonder if the reviews are friends & family writing them) I think the reviews are spot on. Janeece was very helpful. In fact, initially, she thought she was booked for the days I needed & she still went out of her way to help me find a place. Then, she realized the days I wanted were available & since she was so helpful, I booked with her right away. The house was clean & easy to find. It's also in a quiet neighborhood. I've rented many houses & condo's in the past, so I made the mistake of buying toilet paper, aluminum foil, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo however, Janeece has all that stuff & more already there for you. Thank you for your hospitality Janeece. I'd definitely stay here again.

  This home was fantastic! It is a great floor plan, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The owner is very conscientious and considerate, providing a full array of amenities in different rooms. The home is obviously well-loved. Its cleanliness and style contribute to the immense comfort one feels while there. While I was away from this house, I found myself eagerly anticipating our return to it! Funny thoughts to have while on vacation but testimony to the fabulous sense of "home" one quickly perceives at this property. Again, a home that is not yours can only quickly feel like home when it is extraordinarily maintained, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped. The ample clean linens and thoughtfully stocked kitchen, for examples, made us feel readily at ease. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and picturesque. The location is prime: It is only a few minutes from densely- concentrated great shopping and an extensive variety of restaurants. I think a home can reflect the values and priorities of an owner. This home correctly reflects that its owner is very professional and thoughtful. I hope our future plans will allow us to stay here again and again!
