Villa Lo De Marcos is a fully renovated, newly decorated, two bedroom, two bath home with private pool, garden and upper sundeck. Located in the sleepy Mexican village of Lo De Marcos, it is located just steps one of the best beaches in Mexico. Enjoy the ocean view from the upperdeck and palapa room.
This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen as well as hand selected antiques from Mexico. The creative use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. It is truly beautiful and practical. Our guests always feel at home.
The fully equipped kitchen is located in the heart of the villa with views of pool, patio and living area. You will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for 6+, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments.
Each bedroom is a haven for comfort: Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed plus a twin bed that can be used for a younger child or for daytime naps. Bedroom #2 has two double beds with a tall dresser and plenty of closet space. Ceiling fans and Air Conditioning are in both bedrooms but because of our proximity to the ocean, the air-conditioning is rarely needed. We have lightweight quilts for chilly nights and plenty of fresh, crisp linens and comfortable pillows.
Throught the villa and pool area are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting. The patio and pool areas are breathtaking. Dramatic night-lights throughout the pool and rooftop give you the feel of a tropical isle.
From the rooftop terrace you can see the waters of the ocean and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance - the perfect place to "catch some rays", enjoy a siesta, drinks or dinner.
Sunset from the terrace is spectacular with ever changing colors as the sun sinks into the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the upperdeck terrace and palapa room or spend the afternoon reading and napping. The Palapa room is equipped with two twin beds, mosquito netting, overhead fan and plenty of lighting. Pristine white curtains can be drawn if you wish to spend the night sleeping upstairs with the roar of the ocean lulling you to sleep.
The upperdeck is also equipped with a chaise lounges, dining table and chairs, and chairs for just hanging out and reading your favorite book.

Area: Villa Lo De Marcos is in the heart of the town of Lo De Marcos which is just 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport on the north shore of Banderas Bay at the beginning of what is called the Mexican Riviera.
The villa is literally one house from the beach in one of the most pristine and uncrowded, safe beaches in all of Mexico. These palm lined beaches are said to be the best in all of Pacific Mexico.
