The house has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Along with the frost free fridge, dishwasher, disposal all usual appliances are available including, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, all necessary pots, pans, serving dishes, bowls, plates, utensils. The master bedroom offers 2 private walk in closets, king size bed, night stands, chest and dresser, while the guest bedroom is equipped with over size closet, trundle bed, dresser and access to full bath.
One 1/2 car garage with ele opener is available. Both bedrooms access a full bath while one bath is equipped with a walk in shower, the master offers a tub/shower combo full bath. I
This property is located in a premier gated community with easy access to Golf, Parks, Malls and Central Florida's top attractions including Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Silver Springs, Sea World, Bush Gardens, Gatorland just to name a few sights. Travel to these locations is less than one hour and can access either coast in about that same time frame.

The house is situated in the outskirts of Leesburg on State Road 44 ( 4 lane Highway from Leesburg to I-75). Sit on the back lanai or relax and watch the red-crested wood peckers, sand hill cranes, or the numerous other wild birds that frequent the community and occasionally spy a mother raccoon and her young returning home to the wetlands after a day of foraging for food .
Within the community there are 3- 9 hole golf coarse, 2 heated swimming pools, postal service, on site banking, saunas, tennis, softball- men and women, horse-shoes, basketball, fitness center, Activity center, dart, soft ball, bowling, billiards leagues just to name a few of the organized activities available within the community. The community also offers, ceramics, quilting, computer, travel, fishing, writing, music, weekly non-denominational worship service, and theater to add to the things to do list. Another great attraction within the community is weekly Bingo with cash prize offered on every game.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We too are snowbirds and have a house just a few doors away. Once we retire from Missouri we will become full time residence here in Pennbrooke and will travel back to see kids and grand kids when it is NOT snow covered. Our first visit to this area was love at first sight and our only wish is our family was closer. As an avid golfer, central Florida offers plenty of different clubs that if I played one a day I could not play them all in one season. My wife enjoys her daily walks, quilting, swimming, reading and just visiting within the neighborhood. A wave and a smile is mandatory to everyone.
Why the Owner Chose Leesburg:
Quite by accident when we located Pennbrooke, and were very happy we did. We've found that we're close to all the attractions central Florida offers, and we're able to reside in a quiet location away from the everyday grind of tourist stops. We've been coming to this area now for 6 winters and have yet to see all the attractions that Central Florida has to offer.
