We enjoyed our time here for the month of January 2013. We agree with everything the other renters wrote and would like to remark on how immaculate the house is; just like new. The privacy in the backyard and the quietness of the neighborhood. were also appreciated. Recommend highly.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Looks appealing in fotos, is better in reality.! Very comfortable 3 bdrm, 2 bath, with spacious covered lanai and well maintained property lot. Quiet neighbourhood accessible to shopping, golf, and dining. Beaches range from 25 - 35 minutes distant. This house is well appointed with new furniture and the owners are more than accomodating at making your stay a pleasant and memorable one.. We are back next year for not 1, but 2 months.!Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our March rental at Mincey Terrace was very pleasant and enjoyable. We so enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood allowing us time to simply relax from our usual daily routine. For us, the location was perfect when it came to traveling to Venice, Sarasota, or Punta Gorda. We would definitely recommend this rental to our family and friends wanting to spend time at the beautiful beaches (Nakomis Beach our favorite), playing some golf or simply enjoying a day of fun shopping or dining at the fine restaurants. Finally, the owners of this property were so accomodating and welcoming throughout our vacation. Overall, we will always remember our March 2012 vacation and look forward to many more in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
