  A friend and I decided we needed a vacation and we're both so glad we picked this condo out of the hundreds we looked at online. The owners were a pleasure to do business with, and allowed us to pay in installments. The condo was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated/furnished and well- stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed cooking up dishes with fresh seafood from the nearby markets and using the boogie boards on the beach. Having a laundry room right there was also a major boon. The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible! I'd never been to a beach before, so ocean-side sunrises and sunsets were a novelty to me. I couldn't believe I could watch rays playing the in the shallows as the sun came up! And sleeping in the master bedroom with the sliding glass door open (screen door closed, of course), letting the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves lapping against the beach was the best sleep I've ever gotten. We were totally spoiled by this condo and weren't ready to leave. If we ever come back to PCB, this condo will be at the top of the list! Thank you for the incredible vacation!

  We come to pcb a couple of times a year,and this condo was very clean,and has everything you could need including 4 nice beach chairs The view from the 21st fl is breathtaking especially at sunset.The dolphins swim by in the mourning while you have coffee on the balcony,Its a great location at the quiet end of the beach,,but still close to everything,and if you dont feel like driving the trolley stops right in front of the condo and takes you from the west end all the way to the east end. The beach is beautiful resturants fantastic and the fishing is the best and there is always something to do from an illusionist show at gulfworld to pier park with resturants ,shops and a movie theatre (and also plenty of places for kids), Come to pcb and stay at this condo!!! YOU WILL LOVE IT!! Also the condo owner was very professional and friendly and a delight to work with,

  Family of six...truly one of the Best vacations ever! Relaxing, comfortable, private, close to everything but not crowded, beautiful hugh balcony, nice owner, clean and well decorated, covered parking next to fast elevator... we could go on and on! There was no need to fight the crowds eating out ...with a view like that we could order in or cook and enjoy the ocean view!! What a view to wake up to as well...an amazing sunrise with our coffee! We usually are ready to pack up after 7 days, but not this time! We all wanted to stay! We hope to be back! Thanks!

  My husband and I decided to take a last min. get away and stumbled upon this little gem in the process! I emailed late at night and got a response and had it booked the following day. We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 were amazing. We didnt want to leave! The condo is VERY clean!!! Spotless to be exact! We were so excited when we saw the view from the balcony. It is a HUGE balcony overlooking the ocean and there are two rocking chairs and a tall table and chairs. One of the nights we cooked in the kitchen there at the condo and then had wine and supper outside on the balcony. It was honestly perfect. We rented a couple movies at a local redbox and the surround sound was AWESOME! Big flat screen, comfortable furniture. Just everything was really nice. There are 4 different beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella etc. The chairs were so nice...had built in coolers on the back of them! The parking was also perfect. You have a spot that is right next to the elevator and you go straight up and you are to your condo. Everything is close by and we found some good places to eat. From a homemade doughnut place to all you can eat crab legs...this place has all kinds of food. At night you can see all the flashlights on the beach and see people looking for crabs. (We even did it one night and used a flashlight that was in a drawer in the condo...I swear the place has everything you could need!) One night we even had our own private fireworks show as someone was setting them off a little ways down. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Go! You will be glad you did!

  Wonderful condo! This place is exactly as the photos show, nicely furnished and so clean and well equipped. We loved the extra large balcony and the 21st floor view. Since it's an end unit we had a very expansive view too. The keyless entry is great so we didn't have to keep up with a key or card. The location was very convenient to Pier Park, shopping and local restaurants, we even walked to breakfast (at Mike's Diner) every morning. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

  This condo is beautiful, by far the nicest rental my family has ever stayed in. The property was clean & very well maintained. I have rented condos in the past that had amazing photos & was very disappointed by the size when I actually got there. This condo however is as wonderful as it looks in the photos, actually bigger than it looks in the photos. The furnishing was so nice & very comfortable. Every appliance that you have at home is in this condo, and actually work as they should. Every cooking utensil that you would need for preparing a meal for your family is supplied, not the pots & pans that you sometime find in rentals that stick. Very good cooking utensil, with plenty of dishes for larger family's. The bedding was one of the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept in, with lots of extra pillows & blankets. The view from the 21st. floor balcony was amazing, not to mention the furniture on the balcony. We loved the rocking chairs on the balcony, it was also nice to have a table with 4 chairs on the balcony for eating outside. My teenagers really enjoyed the electronics in the condo & the wireless internet was a bonus. The condo owner was very helpful answering all of our questions, and working out payment arrangements that worked for us. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone, you will not be disappointed. My family will defiantly book this condo again when we return to Panama City Beach. Loved it, amazing vacation with great accommodations & wonderful owners.

  Wonderful accomodations. Clean and very nicely decorated! Having 4 teens, it was wonderful to have 3 flat screen tvs and wireless internet!. The beach was pristine, and so was the veiw from the 21st floor balcony. Everything was located very close by. Grocery, restaurants and shopping! We all enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tubs, steam room and suana. We will definitly be returning!
