The second bedroom also has a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. The villa can easily accommodate 2 couples who both want king size luxury or families with children. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions and telephones. There is a third bathroom (with shower) adjacent to the living/dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and mini-refrigerator.

Condo 1604 has an excellent view of the beach, pool areas and the Arcos. The condo is very well maintained by the owners and the staff from Villa La Estancia. Excellent location to San Lucas. Short taxi ride or you can walk. The grounds, pools and general areas of Villa La Estancia are exceptionally well maintained. Great place to stay. Barry the owner is wonderful to deal with and all communications prior to our arrival were excellent. Highly recommend Villa La Estancia and Condo 1604. Well appointed large 2 bedroom condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for a week in 1604 (www.caboheaven.com) with our two kids, ages 5 & 2. Villa 1604 is a beautifully appointed 6th-floor condo with two separate king-size bedrooms, three pull-out sofas, 2.5 baths - and an absolutely gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End. The villa looks out onto the beautifully designed pool area, where we spent most of our time (very kid-friendly pools, including two wading areas). La Estancia is a well-maintained property with a variety of delicious restaurants on site, including an ice cream store and a little market for essential groceries and toiletries. It's also just a five minute drive from an excellent Wal-Mart, so we shopped there and ate in for about half of our meals, making great use of the fully equipped kitchen and grill in #1604. We ate all our meals outside on our private patio with its stunning view of the ocean. La Estancia is also just a 5 minute drive into town so we popped in occasionally for a delicious local meal. We rented a car for the week and La Estancia was great for this - free valet parking! (tho' we always tipped a bit ;^>). The owner of the villa, Barry, was a delight to work with. He and his wife spend several months each year in Cabo and have many great recommendations and travel tips, should you need them. I highly recommend La Estancia and #1604 in particular!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I spent a week in Barry's condo -- exceeded our expectations!! The condo is well appointed and very clean (loved the wifi). The resort was excellent -- all the staff were very friendly, the pool area was beautiful, the fitness center was very nice. Perfect location. Barry was a great host -- fully of information and suggestions, very genuine!! Highly recommend this condo/resort!!! Words can not describe how beautiful the Villa is...it was just what we were looking for to celebrate a 33rd birthday, "Tequila en la Villa", four ladies enjoying themselves in Cabo! Barry was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The condo was very comfortable and clean and the view was so surreal. The staff was also friendly. I would recommend Dennis Catering services to cook brunch in the Villa, lots of GOOD food and for a party on the beach visit Mango Deck, a short walk down the beach. Barry thank you for opening your home to us, we will rent again and again...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

WOW!!! No expences were spared on this Villa! It is absolutely beautiful!!! Anytime we need a few extra days in Cabo, we will definately do everything we can to stay in this Villa. Barry was so helpful in accomidating us last minuite and we are so glad he did!!! Many thanks.
