Our stunning, three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is situated in the delightful community of Rotonda West, on Florida's Gulf Coast. This area is renowned for the numerous golf courses and stunning, white, sandy beaches. The electrically heated pool and the spa will take those aches and pains away after an energetic game of golf!
Our home overlooks a large lake where you can view the local alligator, the wonderful wildlife and the second tee of the Long Marsh Golf Course, so there is always something to see, even if it is only the local alligator! The villa is fully-equipped for your needs including lovely, outside, eating area, plus gas barbecue so that you can eat beneath the stars.
Nearby are lots of restaurants, boating facilities, and never-ending shopping with the Miramar Outlets and Ellenton Outlets only 45 minutes away. The nearest airports are Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando, or Miami.

Plus $500 or £300 Security Deposit required.

I rented this home after searching many properties on the internet for our Florida Gulf Coast vacation. Even though the pictures looked beautiful, I was till a bit leery booking a home over the internet. Well, when we arrived we were overwhelmed by its beauty. The home was georgeous with its luxurious yet comfortable appointments. Staying in the Trice's home made our vacation very enjoyable even when the clouds and rain visited! Linda was very quick to respond to all of my many questions before we booked and prior to departing on our trip. She also provided much helpful information to make our vacation the best! Thank you to the Trice's for sharing their home with us. The Schmidts.

Mr & Mrs Davis and friends stayed at our Rotonda West home for 4 weeks and reported that this "was one of the nicest houses" they had stayed in on Rotonda. They had a marvellous vacation, loved the golf courses and thoroughly enjoyed their trip.
