This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. I loved that it was close to town. No narrow winding roads to a cabin where you couldn't get turned around. Loads of room, very comfortable, very clean. There was only my husband and I, but we have discussed how nice it would be to have family or friends with us. We will definately be staying here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

From the moment we made our reservations with the young ladies in the office to the moment we left we personally felt that we were taken care off. Any questions that I had were not to big or to small for the staff to assist me with. In addition to our lodging needs they were there to assist with area questions ranging from dinning to travel. Thank you. As for the lodging, it was so central and convienant. If we wanted to shop the outlets they were less than two miles. If we wanted a dinner show there were six to eight to chose from with four miles or less. The national park was within ten miles. Everything was at your finger tips with the strip only two blocks away. I must admit the condo is in a setting with multiple other like units. If you are looking for something in the mountains and secluded this unit is not for you. But if you are looking for something affordable, close to everything, well taken care off, safe location, well furnished and all of the amenities this is it. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub ( the kids), the fireplace, the front porch for coffee every a.m. And the ability to have a grill which we used several nights. The neighbors were friendly, the grounds were maintained, an it was nice to have access to,laundry and a garage. The photos on line were accurate, the facility was clean upon arrival and the check in process was probably the easiest check in that I have ever encountered. Would reccomend: Dixie stampede, dollywood, old mill village, Cade's cove, clingmans dome, arts and crafts loop in gaitlinburg, smokey mountain brewery, pierces BBQ. We even used this location for quick day trips to Knoxville, tn and ashville, nc.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

great location downtown pigeon forge. Beautifully updated, clean, and cozy with alot of privacy. Gas fireplace was lovely. full size washer and dryer and attached garage was great. It felt like our home away from home. A bit of a bummer that the master jacuzzi/whirlpool stopped working and could not enjoy (while I was not feeling well) and the garage door opener was not able to be programmed for our unit but overall...I would definitely stay again if I ever visit the area again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Hi Kristin, I finally got a remote working for the garage door!!

This condo was very well laid out, matches the description well, had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The staff was very friendly, in helping with our late booking. I suggest that if you plan on grilling, check the grill first, as it was out of gas. I would also suggest to the owner to put some rugs in the laundry room to catch some of the garage dirt that was being tracked into the nice carpeted areas. I would indeed recommend this property to others. The Titanic was very humbling for my husband and I. We also enjoyed Cates Cove, this is a must do. Area shows were great to.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Dear Guest, I would like to apologize for the Propane Tank being empty. Please contact me if you had to get a refill and I will gladly reimburse you! I will also being getting a new carpet for Laundry room. I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains and hope you stay with us again! Kelli Alexander Property Manager

My husband, grandson and I stayed in this condo the week of June 3, 2012. The condo looked as pictured and was easy to find and get to and from everywhere we wanted to go. Having a garage was great . It was easy to get things from car to house and back because drive was right beside porch. The pool was a short walk and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Having a washer and drier was a big advantage. There were 2 downsides. Like another reviewer I had assumed there would be wi fi but it was DSL. My biggest problem was that a lot of the house was not clean. The queen sized bedroom was EXTREMELY dusty as were other areas of the house. We are not sure that the sheets had been washed and both bathrooms could have been cleaner. The trashcan in the smaller bath was cracked from top to bottom. I called the management and told the very nice lady that I hope we will get to come again and stay in the same condo but I hope it will be cleaner the next time. She was very apologetic and assured me this would be taken care of. I would definitley stay in this condo again because of all of the advantages it has but if it was not cleaned when we arrive I would call the management immediately.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Property was clean. However, there was no garage opener so it made leaving and returning a little more difficult. Why wasn't there a key pad? Also, the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom came off the corners while you were sleeping. Aggravating to wake up and have to fix the sheets in the middle of the night. There was no wi if. It was not advertised as having wi if, I think we took it for granted it would be there. Good location, easy to get to the national park, the restaurants and shops.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Our stay was great. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We were very happy with the condo. It was great that we didn;t have to see an attendant for keys since we arrived late at night. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. Condo was very comfortable. Will definately consider staying again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
