  Very nice condo in a wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. Near all the excitement but away from most of the noise of Duval. We did not move our car the whole week.

  Stayed here with the wife and 3 teens and loved it! So convienient to Duval and activites in Old Town. We pretty much parked the car in the secured garage and walked everywhere. There's a CVS right around the corner that was nice to go to when we needed something. I've been coming to Key West for over 25 years and never stayed for a week like we did here. It was by far the best trip yet. Only negative was Friday morning at 4am was trash trucks picking up garbage and also if there are neighbors out partying on adjacent decks, you hear everything because buildings are so close. Overall though, a wonderful time. Thanks for making this place available for others to share in the paradise of Key West!

  Stayed here during Thanksgiving week. What a great place. The location can't be beat. Duval Street is just outside the door. We walked everywhere. The excitement of Mallory Square, numerous restaurants, music filled clubs & bars, the beaches and shopping are footsteps away. Also, an extra added perk is secure parking right underneathe the unit. We lounged around the pool which is very close to the unit & enjoyed the private deck right off the living room. The masterbedroom is huge with a comfortable king sized bed. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom which is great for couples traveling together. All in all, staying here made a stay in Key West even better than anticipated. One more plus, the owner was easy to work with.

  What a wonderful place! It was everything one could want. Furnishings were perfect, with more than enough room and a large master bedroom with balcony. We especially liked the deck - which is at treetop level, giving it a treehouse like feel. The location is exactly what we were looking for, only a block and a half from the Hemingway House and a few blocks to a beach (which has a restaurant with great "Grouper bites"). Many restaurants are within walking distance, with several in a outdoor plaza only steps from the elevator. We rented a bycicle across the street and used it to go everywhere on the island. We will definitely go back to this great place!

  I was just at this porperty June 19th thru the 26th the pictures are nice but not as good as standing in this lovely condo. I was quite impressed with everything. It was immaculate and everything you needed was there. I felt at home and did not want to leave. Location Location Location!!!!! Everything the Key West has to offer is right outside your door. The Island is beautiful and the people are kind and gracious. Look to gain 5 to 10 pounds the food is fantastic!! Thanks for everything Steve I will be back!!

  We spent 3 nights in March 2011. The location on Duval was superior, within walking distance of the beach, many sites, and restaurants. We also bought 2 day passes on the Old Town Trolley, and there were stops short walking distance. The condo was great. We appreciated the security of key entry to the stairs and elevator which went up to the entrance level of the condos. The attractive condo was very well maintained, well equipped, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious with many windows. There was a 1/2 bath on the first floor, and each bedroom on the second floor had a private bath. We enjoyed the 2 private decks with chairs and the outdoor pool. The owner replied quickly to our email request through VRBO, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Do yourself a favor, stay here instead of renting hotel rooms.
