Great Home! Great Location! This home has two bedrooms and 2 baths + an office/den. Comfortable Queen size beds in both bedrooms and a private bathroom, walk-in closet in the Master Suite. The Master Suite has a separate sliding glass doors for the backyard. Each bedroom has a TV and there is WI-FI throughout the home. The backyard has a beautiful private swimming pool and patio set for evening BBQ's. The backyard also has 2 beautiful fruit trees with oranges and grapefruits! This is a NON-SMOKING HOME!
The living room has a cable TV, DVD and CD's for your relaxation.
This home is located in Mountain Park Ranch and has access to a heated pool/spa (all year round) and 2 tennis courts and beautiful walking paths. The home has a view of South Mountain and hiking trails. You can step 100 feet outside your front door and start your hiking!
This home is also located near Club West Champion golf course and club house and minutes away from the Ahwatukee and Foothills golf courses! Sky Harbor Ariport in Phoenix is approximately 20 minutes from this home.

I've stayed there several times, and have always enjoyed being at this cute house. The location is really perfect because it gives you great access to South Mountain and the hiking trails. It's also quite convenient to the main highways and the airport, and the grocery store is 5 minutes away. The furnishings are quite comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'd go back in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This house is in the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with sidewalks and a walking path to a pond - perfect to stroll the baby and walk the dog. It was also close enough to walk to the fabulous community pool/wading pool/hot tub and playground. The backyard is private and relaxing. I really enjoyed having access to our own pool, fire pit, and fruit trees. The Master Bedroom is the perfect size and I really enjoyed the huge tub and big, separate shower. It was great to have the added den and wi-fi for getting some work done, but also be able to use it for an extra guest. The photos are very accurate - the house was extremely inviting, clean and comfortable.Overall, I had a wonderful time in this house and would recommend it without hesitation!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We spent two months here, and absolutely loved this house. It is equipped with everything that you have in your own home. It is decorated with warmth, and charm. The backyard is lovely, we especially enjoyed the grapefruits and oranges from"our" trees. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and walkable. Our yellow lab loved it too. I would recommend this home, without hesitation, to anyone. One would be hard pressed to find something better in the south east valley!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
