This property is as luxurious as anything you would find in Beverly Hills. and it is HUGE! The amenities are phenomenal, and the service is first rate. The price is a bargain. The building is ideally located in an upscale neighborhood. Gated access with 24-hour on-site security and within a quick taxi ride of Parque Lleras or anyplace else you want to visit. Feel free to walk around at night with no concern (ATM, 24-hour grocery store, shopping and restaurants are a short walk away), but if you need to leave the immediate area, safe and reliable transportation is easily available.While you are a guest here you are pampered as though you are the only guest in the entire city. Whatever you want and need can and will be provided. Medellin is a beautiful, modern city and this property allows to to experience all of its charms in style and luxury that will have you eager to return for more.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

From the moment my friends and I arrived we were treated like family by the owner and his staff. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to express the appreciation I have for every one of them. Every single on of our needs were attended to with gusto. As for the apartment, it was every bit as classy and gorgeous as depicted in the photos. Very clean surroundings, a superb area of town, and included every amenity needed. I already have a return trip booked!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

About the owner: This apartment is for sale, or monthly, or for families or couples that aren't going to throw a party here. rates 199/night to under 6 people staying here over 6 people its the normal price it has always been $250/night. If your on the fence and your a perfect renter for us meaning you are coming with family, grandma, mom, aunt, uncle, kids.....we love to have you and with you there is some wiggle room on price so call me on the phone and lets discuss. Monthly I can do $3,200 and pay the electric up to 500,000 pesos. Taking care of admin and taxes as well. Not to mention you would have access to Ruben our Magyver, fix anything and if he can't he knows someone and will answer on Sunday 917-668-0571 Barry
