My husband and I, our two children (6 yrs old and 3 yrs old), and my husband's parents all stayed at this condo last week for our kids' Spring Break. We had plenty of room for everyone. The condo kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, etc. There are plenty of adult and children's movies available to watch. The area where the condo is located is great. We were so close to the beach and pool. The pool area was nice and never over-crowded. We had a wonderful stay and I definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location on 30A, we walked to shops and resturants. The gated community was beautiful and the condo spacious and luxurious. Being on the ground floor, we stepped out the back door a few feet from the pool and the steps down to the beach. We vacation in this area every year and stay in very nice places, this condo exceeded our expectations and Tony was great on following up with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants the true 30A experience.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Listing was accurate as far as location and amenities, and pictures were accurate. BUT... property was not well maintained and clean. Rugs and carpet were very dirty, furniture and mattresses worn out and mold in upper windows of bathrooms and in corners of showers. Could be a fantastic condo- and in it's day it was and could be again with a deep commercial carpet cleaning, new mattresses and restuffed, steam cleaned furniture. We loved the location and it was obvious that with some simple updates and deep cleaning, it would be prime again. Owners were very helpful and quick to reply to email inquiries. Could be they don't live nearby and were unfamiliar with the condition of the condo...?

Owner response:Thank you for your comments which we have taken very seriously and have already addressed. 1) The cleaning service has been replaced with a new team that come highly recommended by other owners 2) The condo has been completely re-decorated, refurnished and upgraded throughout. All appliances are new, all cookware and kitchen ware is new, beds and mattresses have been replaced, the carpets have been replaced with tile plus new rugs. I can guarantee that our condo is in pristine condition and will please the most discerning guests Tony Wynn Owner

my family had a great week at this property. proximity to both the beach and pool was a big plus. the unit was very comfortable and offered all the amenities a family could want. the high speed wi/fi was especially appreciated. the owners were professional and a pleasuse to deal with. highly recommended.

This was a great condo to spend a week in--very spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The floorplan was perfect for 2 familes with young children. The kids loved watching movies in their room while we had adult time in the evenings. The large kitchen table was nice-- we could all sit together!! Being on the ground level made it so easy coming up from a day at the beach, and the pool is just a few steps away. Perfect!! Highly recommend this condo and will definetly return for future vacations.

It makes such a big difference during a week stay with kids at the beach to have a spacious, very finely appointed condo to stay in. Love the kitchen, everything you need is there to cook well when you feel like it. Great restaurants all around you when you don't. Rosemary Beach is just a short walk away. Pool and beach are right there next to you. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in over the 15 or so years of going down there. Owners were quick to respond and easy to deal with. Just really, really sad it had to end! Highly recommend Sunset Beach Villas 101A.

We just returned from our dreamy spring break week at Sunset Beach. Thank you for making every detail of our trip just perfect. The rental process was easy and the owners were so accomodating and helpful. The lovely condo was clean, fresh and fully appointed. Room to spread out and something for everyone. Our one maintenance issue was handled immediately by the local manager, and she followed up to make sure it was corrected. The best part is that there are a ton of things to do nearby...if you want...or you can spend the day on the exquisite beach reading, walking or relaxing. It doesn't get any better. Thank you for sharing your fabulous home with us. Our family loved it and can't wait to go back.

Your home and the area around it were beautiful. We appreciated having it ready for our arrival with freshly laundered linens and beds made up. It was plenty spacious for our family of five (three teens!) and for the guests who drove down for the day to visit. We were aware that the view of the gulf was obstructed by the dune, but the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, and the breeze and sounds from the gulf were plenty of compensation. Kids loved the huge, flat TV (and the TVs in each bedroom)and selection of movies. I loved having a Cuisinart to make my tiramisu! I also appreciated the large dining room table with 8 chairs and the ample living area to keep us from bumping into each other. We have often arrived at vacation homes to find them stripped bare. Yours had ample supplies which we took advantage of in our first day, and replaced during our first trip to the store. Thank you. Your home suited our family perfectly.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed at many condos/houses in the area and the Villas at Sunset beach are definitely superior. The easy access to the beach and pool were a real plus. We found everything we needed for a fabulous stay within the condo: videos, games, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The Villa is very spacious and the Master suite is truly luxurious -- even nicer than in the photos. The owners were extremely accommodating and professional -- as well as being very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend this condo! It totally exceeded our expectations. I did a lot of research and this was by far the best 3BR/3BA beach front condo for the price!

We had a wonderful time. Great location and floorplan is very nice for privacy. Custom bedding was very nice and not your normal, run of the mill rental. Very upscale. Renting was with ease. These are the nicest, most gracious people I have rented from.

Great Condo in a great location! Very easy to rent from owner and pick up keys yourself. Easy access to everything made it a great week! The dining area is perfect for large groups to eat in. If you have young kids it is a perfect location with a locked gate to pool.

Thank you, thank you for the stay at your amazing place. Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful beach! It worked out perfectly for our 2 families staying there. We had 3 kiddies stay in the small room, and we let them all take baths at once in the huge jacuzzi tub. Being on the first floor was nice because we had the grassy area to play on and quick beach/pool access. Thanks again. It was a very special trip.

This was the best condo we have ever rented! Here's why:first floor-direct access to lawn and beach, great pool, fully equipped kitchen, great dvds and videos, huge masterbath tub w/jets, very nice owners!

We had a great time in the villas at sunset beach! We spent relaxed days walking on the beach, swimming in the pool and surf, and taking advantage of nearby golf and shopping. We found lots of great restaurants and night life in the evenings, or just stayed on the beach and enjoyed the sunsets!
