APPLEVIEW RIVER CONDO is an UPSCALE 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo located in AppleView River Resort where you can sit on your own private balcony and relax and enjoy the views of The Smoky Mountains. The two level condo has 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa and will sleep 4 to 6 guests. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.
The outdoor community swimming pool is located at Apple View Farms Plantation and is open April to September annually. The fireplaces are operational October to April annually. Appleview River Resort has a game room with Foosball & pool table and exercise room with treadmill and sauna. This delightful property is walking distance to the Apple Barn Restaurant and very short drive to all the Pigeon Forge shopping, food, and entertainment venues.
High Speed DSL & Wireless internet is available. There is a covered front deck with two wooden rockers and a patio set for two & Gas Grill on the back patio. The serene atmosphere around the Appleview resort is sure to make you feel right at home here in the Smokies!!

We loved the accommodations and the location was great. Loved the secured gated entrance and will defiantly stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
