Accommodations: Single Family Home - 7 Bedrooms + Detached Unit - 5.5 Baths - (Sleeps 30)

Sit on the porch rockers and the view straight ahead is the beach promenade!!! - Cape May, NJ - New Jersey Vacation Bed & Breakfast Rental This is your chance to rent a colorful historic victorian at the shore. This house is a rare offering with beautiful furnishings, 8-9 brs and 6.5 baths (yes 6 full baths!). It was totally renovated within the past 5 years to be an upscale B&B and it became a rental 4 years ago. If you have a larger family, you can rent the main house and 2 cottages for a total of 11 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. A typical stay in the summer months is a week. For familys up to 22, the main house can be rented. As your group grows you can one or more cottages. We rent to families as few as 2 and as large as 30. Final prices are determined by the number in your family. We also rent at a discount off season, so spend your holidays and weekend with us. The common rooms and many of the bedrooms are quite large - the dining room sits at least 18! Since the living and dining rooms can open to each other and they have 12' ceilings the space is expansive (but with a home-like comfort). The large suites are at least 23' and have sitting areas with tv. The location is wonderful. If you sit on one of the many porch rockers and look down the street you can see the beach front promenade. We are also in the center of the hsitoric district and walking distance to shops, resturants, activities, movies (and of course the beach), and all of Cape May's history and charm. We are a favorite of the house tours, so you will see plenty of horse drawn carriages. We are a 2 block walk from just about everything. The house is 130 years old but has undergone a major renovation in the last three years, so there is 4 zone central air conditioning, gas fireplaces, plenty of hot water and gleaming spaces. See multiple pictures on our web site. Please note that the living room is changed to a less formal comfortable atmosphere with summer furniture, TV and DVD. We continue to renovate and upgrade in the off season to assure the comfort of our tenants. There is so much to do here in Cape May that you may wish to extend your stay on your second visit. One customer recently married here stated "Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. We felt like we were home away from home." The house is also available for weddings, family reunions, holidays, receptions, conferences and more. With additional cottages and suites we can accommodate up to 30 people.
