This is my personal vacation home, but it is fully licensed/equipped for short-term rentals. No Pets and No Smoking. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can have your own luxury executive single family pool home/villa for the same price (or even less)? This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is professionally decorated and completely furnished. It overlooks a small lake/pond on Seasons Blvd in the quiet single family home subdivision of the Seasons Resort in Kissimmee (off Rt 192 - behind Medieval Times). It is a newer home (built 2005) and has not been a rental very long.
Located 7 miles from Disney and 1/2 mile from the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Rt 192 (Rt 192 is the main road leading to Disney boasting restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, etc). Additional pictures are available upon request.
