This is a very beautiful waterfront property with intersecting canal views that look south, southwest and southeast, two master bedrooms with kings and queens plus 2 others for a total of 4 big bedrooms, 3 baths, saltwater pool, hot tub, wood fireplace. We are located on a cul-de-sac dead-end road with 281 feet of sea wall, a 1000 sq ft deck with great fishing as we are five minutes to the gulf, watch the dolphins right off the dock. We have bicycles and kayaks, DirecTV and internet. We are located in the best part of the cape. Close to tarpon point and cape harbor restaurants. Ride your bike to the rose garden or the yacht club beach.
Our house features southwest exposure for great sun during the winter months. The beautiful lanai and kitchen look out over the pool, deck and canals along with both master bedrooms. A great place to rent. Over 4800 sq feet.
