Our stay at this lovely townhome was more than we could have hoped for. There was lots of room for our family with all of the ammenites needed including some infant/toddler supplies. The beach was only a short walk away. A beach buggy was available to carry all the supplies to spend a great day at the beach. We enjoyed having the garage which was stocked with supplies for the beach as well as two bikes that we used on the bike friendly roads. Barbeque was a little tired but did the job as we did do some entertaining. The home was well decorated and all of the rooms were clean and comfortable. You felt at home the minute you walked in. Karen, the caretaker, kept the outside grounds looking spectacular, planting some new flowers and trimming the bushes while we were there. Our month's stay was far too short so we have booked longer for next year. We highly recommend this townhome.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Rob & Becky's town home was perfect for my family's stay in Cape Canaveral. It is perfect for families with children because of the amenities and closeness to the beach. For a short stay it is helpful that towels and beach supplies are provided. The beach is a very short walk up the street. You can hear the waves breaking on the beach at night. The house is well decorated, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed reading and relaxing on the balcony. The house is a short drive to Ron Jon surf shop, good restaurants, and the cruise ship port. We would absolutely stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

This was my families’ first trip to Florida and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The townhouse was larger than we expected with plenty of room for a family of five. The pictures do not do the home justice; it is beautiful and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The proximity to the beach is great the water was warm and the beaches were clean. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral have everything you need and would expect from a beach community. We also went to a couple of the theme parks which were about an hour drive from the residence, this was not an issue for us because we loved being within walking distance of the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing setting with close proximity to the beach, we will definitely be back. Thank-you to the Griffith’s for opening up your beautiful home to us and thinking of everything we might need during our stay, we loved it. This had to have been one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed in for a vacation! Very clean and very relaxing. Tons of space to spread out. My husband and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law with their children for a week. We all had plenty of room. The beach is close by. Lots to do in area and many nice, family oriented restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to go back. The owner is very friendly. We'll definitely stay in the same place when we return!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We rented the month of April 2012 and was pleased with the amount of amentities available, size of the townhome and layout. The location was great, only 2 blocks from the water and in a safe neighborhood, we felt safe walking everywhere. We enjoyed all the beach gear that was provided and used it almost everyday along with all the beach toys for the grandkids, we didn't have to go out and buy a thing. Grocery store was very close along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The only thing i would watch out for is the full glass storm door.....many of us walked into it when we got there because it was so clean! Loved the wifi since my kids brought their laptops and thank heavens for the DVD player for the young grandkids. Thank you Rob and Becky for opening your home to us.Did you find this review helpful? We were here for the month of Feb., 2012 and hope to return next year. This place is so beautiful, roomy, comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms, kitchen, etc. We loved the walk to the beach and the walk or bike ride to the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Port. Everything is provided that you need for a great vacation. We loved the nice safe neighborhood and the neighbors were all so friendly. We only used the hot tub once but it was great. The back yard is so tropical. We also loved the front porch for relaxing after a day at the beach and the back deck was great for getting sun on those days when it was too cool to go to the beach. This place is convenient to everything including stores, restaurants and a few golf courses. Becky and Rob were great to deal with and were very concerned that everything was OK. I can't say enough about this home.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/5

Everything we could have thought to need for the Beach was there. We stayed at the Beroja Palms East for the month of February, in both 2010 and 2011. We thought this home was wonderful. It is well maintained by Becky and has all the amenities that anyone would need for a stay from just a few days to as long as a month. All the appliances worked fine, and the washer and dryer were fairly new. Furniture was very comfortable. Bicycles are provided, and we either walked the beach down to the Cocoa Beach Pier or rode the bicycles. We were able to use the beach chairs (provided) quite a few times. It was great to just walk down to the beach and relax for a couple of hours each day. The location is just great – so many wonderful restaurants within a three mile radius. There is also a large shopping mall and movie theater within ten minutes driving time. A drive over to Orlando is very easy and takes about 45 minutes to an hour.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here last week and it was a great place to stay and have a relaxing vacation. It was much more then we expected and was very well stocked with anything you would need. This place was very clean and just a short walk from the beach. We really enjoyed Sonny's BBQ restaurant and the Atlantic Ocean Grill on the Pier. Becky was also so very nice to let us rent the house for an extra day at the last moment. I will recommend this place to anyone who is asking about it. In the future if I am ever going to this area again I will look to rent it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed here July 2010. We had two children, 3 and 6. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach each day, sometimes more than once. It was great!! The house was awesome for the first few days until we realized something was wrong with the fridge and all of our groceries were frozen solid (even a gallon of milk!). The beds were not that comfortable and I ended up on the couch every night. Towards the end of our stay the dryer broke. The neighbors next door are very friendly and will help you find places to eat, etc. The description says that the house has toys for young children. It has some beach toys (we we purchased! since our children broke the toys that were there! Oops) but aside from the beach toys, there are no other toys. It wasn't a big deal, since we were busy at the beach most days. The property was very clean. I was impressed with that. However, the garage reeks. I would recommend this property. It seems it is under "new" management than when we stayed. Rob Griffith was listed as the owner before and we ran into some major hassles getting our deposit back. And ran into a little more drama that we had wished for. Overall it was a good stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I stayed at Beroja Palms East for a week each summer from 2008 - 2010. I have nothing but glowing things to say about Beroja Palms East. The condo is absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. I enjoyed each of my 3 years at the condo. I would recommend Beroja Palms to others inquiring about places to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. Thank you.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
