  Condo was very clean and well stocked with starters - we didn't have to shop for two days. The grounds were impeccably kept. I can't think of anything else I could have asked for. The lanai was the perfect place to watch daybreak or sunset.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Had a wonderful stay at Magic Sands. The surf was "up" so it was tough swimming but we had a great time watching the local boogie-boarders work their stuff. The condo was perfect in all respects. -Alex

  This condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean, exactly the advertised view, and we were lulled to sleep each night by the sound of the waves at Magic Sands beach. The unit was well stocked (I suggest checking the cupboards before buying any staples) and the perfect size for 4 people (could fit more but might be a squeeze). Just a quick drive down Ali'i to get to town, shopping, and nightlife.

  Aloha! From the first time we opened the door to your condo, it felt like a home away from home.Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us and what a perfect location you have here. We had the best time discovering the Big Island and ending each day here at your comfy home! Thank you also for all the extras you provided: from the fully equipped kitchen to the beach necessities to your beautiful lanai- it was perfect! The kids loved the pool too...it was a vacation we will always remember! hope to stay here again someday! We will recommend it to friends!! Mahalo

  We did spend a wonderful week at this condo in the White Sands Village. The location is very nice: across the street from the beach - this also allowed to admire the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. It is only mile away from a nice beach for snorkeling. The journey to the Volcanoes National Park can be done within the day. We did it twice during our stay. The condo is very well equipped and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The description of the condo and the location on the web-site is accurate.

  Fantastic accommodations! My family and I really enjoyed our time here. We loved spending our mornings drinking Kona coffee out on the lanai and enjoying the view of the ocean. This is in an excellent location with wonderful amenities and the owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. My family and I can't wait to return!

  After our long and tiring flight all the way from Europe we were so happy to be in this spacy, clean and well-kept appartment. Wonderful sunsets, the lazy turtles at the beach, and the tropical beauty of Kona Coast also did their best - we wish to come back to this place!

  Our first condo in Hawaii and we loved it. The unit was just the right size for the two of us for the month of February. We ate all our meals on the lanai, what a great view. The location was perfect, magic sands beach less than a minute walk and 'turtle beach' just down the road. There was many cooking essentials left in the condo, saving us a lot on our first trip to the grocery store. A nice shopping plaza was only a few miles south. The owners were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  This condo is located right across the street from a nice beach. It is also walking distance to a great snorkeling spot. There is not much traffic, yet it is not far from shopping. I highly recommend it!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Hi Kira It was our first trip to Hawaii. We had such a great time in your condo! The unit was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and we were especally happy to have two boogie-boards to use. We loved it to be located so near to the beach! Mahalo - we hope to come back to Hawaii soon....
