Central location yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. Easy access to Kelowna Airport, Predator Ridge, The Rise, Sparkling Hills, Silver Star Mountain, Kalamalka Lake, Okanagan Lake, and all that this area has to offer. Comfortable, clean, bright townhome in family complex. Main floor features main entrance, full kitchen, 2pc bathroom, living room, dining area and breakfast bar. The balcony faces west (so it gets lots of sun) and overlooks a grassy backyard to a greenbelt. There is a propane barbeque & 2 Adirondack chairs for your comfort & enjoyment. Downstairs features one bedroom with a double, pillowtop bed, and second bedroom/den with a double futon and memory foam (very comfy). The bedrooms are on ground level with patio doors which open onto cement patios with a grassy backyard & then greenbelt beyond. As the bedrooms are ground level, they stay comfortable even on the hot days. There is also a full bathroom with a stacking washer & dryer on the ground floor. The very top floor of the townhouse (master suite & bathroom) is locked off as it is our daughters' suite when she is in town attending university.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home, very nice neighborhood. It was great because it was centrallly located between all the areas we snowmobiled ( hunters range, Silver Star, Lumby, Greystokes ) . All the people we met were very freindly and willing to help us out and show us around the different snowmobiling areas. ----- Thanks for helping make this a great vacation -- Rick & Ronna , Dave & LeahRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We moved to the Okanagan in 1990 to enjoy four seasons of recreation. Now that our children have grown we are travelling more and use VRBO as our primary source of accomodations. We have stayed in a variety of properties, in a variety of places and much prefer the experience above hotels or resorts.
Why the Owner Chose Vernon:
This property is an income property. Our daughter lives there during the school year. Rather than letting it sit vacant in the summer, and since the Okanagan is a favourite summer holiday destination, we thought we would offer it on VRBO.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The townhouse is centraly located, yet surrounded by greenery in a quiet, family complex. It is comfortable, clean & bright. We have enjoyed very similar properties on some of our golf holidays to the States and thought others would enjoy our property as a homebase to enjoy some of the Okanagan summer.
