A beautiful 3BR/3Bath deluxe condo (1600 sq. ft.) on 2 levels.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you’d ever need for enjoying in-house dining as you relax after a long day of skiing or any other outdoor activity. The kitchen also features granite counter tops, a double oven, and a gas stove top.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a full bathroom for the upper level.
The spacious living area features a leather sofa/sleeper, a leather loveseat, and an occasional chair all situated around a gas fireplace and flat screen TV w/DVD player.
Downstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, TV, DVD and VCR, and a private full bath. The two other bedrooms each have queen beds. All linens are supplied. There is also a large utility room/full bathroom downstairs, featuring a washer/dryer and a large shower.
A roomy private locker is conveniently located outside the condo in the foyer area for storing any of your gear for your winter or summer activities.
Walk across the street and you find yourself at the clubhouse complex, which includes a heated pool, a large hot tub (for 12) and a dry sauna, as well as a fitness area, ping pong table, volleyball , and picnic tables.
Powder Mt., Snowbasin, and Wolf Mt ski areas are all only 10-20 minutes away.
Powder Mt. (PowMow to the locals) boasts being one of Utah’s best-kept secrets. With 7500 acres, it is one of the largest ski resorts in North America, and SKI magazine has rated it #1 in North America in snow quality. A free shuttle runs to PowMow daily and picks up in Moose Hollow.
Snowbasin, another well-kept secret, is a first class luxury ski resort built by Sun Valley. It was the site for the Downhill, Super G, and Combined Downhill during the 2002 Winter Olympics. It has 64 runs and is known for its diversity of terrain, abundant powder and uncrowded slopes, with no lift lines. According to SKI magazine, Snowbasin is ranked #1 for the greatest lifts in North America.
Wolf Mountain is a perfect place for new skiers, and is lit for night skiing and tubing.

For summer activities, Pineview Reservoir and Lake is only a couple of miles away, offering numerous recreational activities such as fly fishing, boating, waterskiing and wakeboarding. Also, there are numerous trails for hiking and mountain biking.
This condo is located in a quiet, scenic valley surrounded by mountains. However, it is still close to all the action. There are restaurants and a liquor store close by, or there is a free shuttle to Ogden’s 25th Street historic entertainment district. It is truly a paradise home for year-round outdoor activities, or just for “kicking back and relaxing”!!

Shooting Star Saloon View on map
The Shooting Star, centered in downtown Huntsville, is the oldest bar in Utah. Built in 1865 as a trading post, it was converted into a bar in 1879. Headlining the menu is the triple-decker Star burger, which features a split knockwurst nestled among the lettuce, pickles and tomato. The double bacon cheese is another favorite. Burgers come with potato chips. "We are not a restaurant," the menu declares. "No substitutes." There's beer on tap and dark bottled microbrew if the draft is too light for your taste.
