A million dollar home with million dollar views of the Continental Divide, just minutes from the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts. 4000 square feet including two car heated garage. Professional Thermador and Bosch appliances, radiant heated hardwood floors, solid granite counter tops, glassed surround deck, 2 family rooms, 2 dishwashers, home theater room, Coca Cola style bar area, and Weber grill will help insure an unforgettable vacation in this private retreat.
On the opposite side of the mountain from Fraser, the home is very quiet (away from the train). The cool and quiet nights will ensure peaceful sleep and private relaxation.
Close to Winter Park, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain national park. Lots of year-round activities for the entire family. We love skiing, snowmobiling, water skiing, fishing, hiking, and off-roading.
Furnished with designer furniture, luxury "Westin Heavenly" beds, and other high end amenities, this home was not designed to be a rental, but a private executive family retreat.
This home was built by a developer as his year-round primary residence. There is plenty of storage, has a private yard, and is extremely livable for short or long periods of time.
The home is bult on the edge of a steep mountainside, with a main floor entrance and walk-out lower level.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Main floor master with king bed, private bath with jacuzzi and steam shower
Bedroom 2: Lower level queen bedroom with bathroom and shower accross the hall
Bedroom 3: Lower level twin (or king) with private bathroom and tub/shower
Bedroom 4: Lower level bunk beds and couch that converts into an oversize queen; doubles as home theater room
More options: master bedroom sitting room has a day/trundle bed that converts into twins; air beds and pack-n-play available; other couches do not convert

We had family from all over the U.S. join us in this fabulous home. The skiing was terrible due to lack of snowfall and 60 degree temps forcing us to just relax. What a place to rest and recuperate from life's busyness! Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect; from the location, to the amenities in/at the home (especially the kitchen!), to the quality of materials used, the views of the Continental Divide, and the solitude. We will highly recommend this property because it was the whole, decadent package! Thanks Bowen!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this incredible home. The house was spacious enough to accomodate our whole family and was very convenient to the ski areas as well. The home itself was well-stocked and super clean. The kitchen had everything in it that you could possibly need to cook with and there were plenty of extra linen and towels. There were also lots of games and DVDs to amuse kids and adults too. The view from the deck was unbelivable, a great place to sit and have your morning coffee. The Grand Passes were a great value, we used them at the Winter Park slopes everyday. This house far exceeded all of our expectations and we hope to return for our next vacation.

My family and I had an excellent ski vacation, and this home was a major part of the reason why. It is located in Fraser, Co. which is just a hop skip and a jump from the Winter Park ski area. The views from practically every room in the house are to say the least stunning! It was so nice having my morning coffee while looking out over the Continental Divide watching the snow fall. Also, the master bedroom is located on the main floor level while all the other bedrooms are on the lower level. This adds an extra element of privacy as well as allowed my boys to watch movies in the media room without us hearing a sound! There are two fireplaces, awesome hot tub which is great for soaking in after skiing, washer and dryer so we didn't have to come home with dirty clothes, and best of all a steam shower in the master bedroom which was a God send for us folk who live along the Texas gulf coast and are not use to breathing cold dry air! Overall, I would highly recommend this home. And for a family of four...do the math....it's a good deal for all the amenities that it provides.

Very upscale and well cared for home. Each morning was spent around the spacious dining room and equally spacious fully stocked kitchen making breakfast, and enjoying the view of the sunrise above the mountains. We were very comfortable each night, beds are great! Views from the hot tub are unobstructed and breathtaking. Our family also enjoyed the theater room – kids thought it was awesome! Owners are very informative and helpful. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, and plan to stay there again in the near future.

Our family of 8 spent Christmas at this home and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and the views are incredible. We were very impressed with the kitchen. It had everything we needed for great family meals. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and the house is very clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again! It is a very short drive to the Winter Park Ski area which made it very convenient.

My family and I stayed in this home the week prior to Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised at how remote it felt yet we were so close to all of the activities of Winter Park. There was plenty of room to spread out. The view out the back and from the hot tub was simply breathtaking. What a great get-away spot! Having the ski passes saved us a lot of money and there are tons of other freebies in the passport book that comes along with them. Thanks, Bowen, for a wonderful stay.

My friends and I went up to the cabin for a weekend away. Everyone had tons of fun at this Beautiful cabin. The weather was perfect every day. The cabin is in great shape. The movie room is really sweet, and the grill on the deck is great for a summer stay. Lots of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in our party. I would highly recommend this cabin if you want a place off the beaten path.

We loved the house, all of the amenities, the grill, the hot tub, the staeam shower, the beds, the appliances, the cookware. The 180 degree views of the mountains from the treetops on the glassed in balcony were amazing. We had a few questions and the owner answered on the first ring and spent the time to answer to any questions that we had. The owner even went out of his way to call around to the local moutain shops and to buy a high chair for our infant so our stay would be more comfortable. The comforts of the home allowed us to put the day to day stress behind us and really relax. We have rented serval houses over the years and typically we spend the first day cleaning and scrubbing to get the cleanliness up to our standards. With this house, we walked in, looked around and started our vacation from day one, the house was spotless. We would highly recommend this house for a vacation to the beautiful Fraser Valley.

Fantastic view of the continental divide, well equipped and appointed, conveniently located, easy drive to Rocky Mtn. National Park, we have referred it to others and plan to return. We came in July and enjoyed high temperatures in the upper 60's and low 70's with little humidity vs. upper 90's and high humidity at home. What a relief.
