  Our company work retreat to Winter Park this year was elevated to the highest mark largely in-part due to our 4 night, 5 day stay at this beautiful home in Fraser. After a long day shredding Mary Jane, I had a difficult time coming up with an experience that could have topped sitting in a 105 degree hot tub while watching the sun disappear over the Continental Divide. I'd recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxury stay in the beautiful Rockies and definitely look forward to my next! Seth

  This house lived up to the reviews and then some. Very conveniently located to everything. Just minutes from shopping, hiking in the national forest, the train and only a couple miles from Winter Park. The views from the deck are breathe taking. We saw deer just about every morning and every night running on the hill only yards from the house. There was a very curious fox which stopped by almost everyday to check in on us. The house was well stocked with all of the basics you need to make your stay very comfortable. Having access to such a wonderful home made this a trip to remember. I would not hesitate to stay here again, which we probably will, and I would recommend this house highly to anyone looking to stay in the Fraser/Winter Park area. Thank you so much, we had a blast!

  I can't say enough positive things about this place. The views were fantastic. The house was beautiful. The owners provided quick responses to me when I had questions and even helped with suggestions on things to do. The only bad thing was that we had to leave! We would definitely stay at this home again!

  What a fantanstic getaway to Fraser Colorado. Three couples, close friends looked for a great location in the mountains close to activities, relaxation and eterntainment and we were not disappointed. This house easily accomodated all of us with plenty of room to roam. The movie theater and hottub were used nearly every night. The view from the deck was fantastic and although we never saw the resident red fox, we did se on two occasions, a black bear sleeping on the trail the deck overlooks about 20 yards from the house. Pretty cool. There is a lot to do in Winter Park, Fraser and Grandy/Lake Grand. Make sure to take the Grand Passes with you to Winter Park Resort and use them for free lifts and sled rides down the concrete slide. It reained nearly every day for about an hour starting around 3 pm which was fine since we were typically relaxing having a cocktail by then which is common duing this time of year. Tempatures were great. 45 in the morning and up to 78-80 by 12 pm. The house is everything and more than the photos show and is well represented. All the amenities are there as stated in the description and it was nice having a garage to park in. Thanks for the use of your home and we will be looking to visit again in the future.

  We selected this home to accomodate our family so that we could all be comfortable and it did exactly that! There was everything provided that we could possibly need and more. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The location was so close to Fraser and Winter Park that we could get there in a matter of minutes and Granby and Grand Lake were only a half hour away. The property was described exactly as it was and was very clean and well maintained. The owners went above and beyond by letting their guests use their winter park passes which really saved us quite a bit of money. The price was right and yes, I would highly recommend this to not only family and friends, but anyone looking for a beautiful home with absolutely beautiful views that would love to spend some time in Colorado. The owner is great to work with and worked around the date we wanted to stay. Can't say enough good stuff about this property !!!

  We had family from all over the U.S. join us in this fabulous home. The skiing was terrible due to lack of snowfall and 60 degree temps forcing us to just relax. What a place to rest and recuperate from life's busyness! Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect; from the location, to the amenities in/at the home (especially the kitchen!), to the quality of materials used, the views of the Continental Divide, and the solitude. We will highly recommend this property because it was the whole, decadent package! Thanks Bowen!

  Our family had a wonderful vacation at this incredible home. The house was spacious enough to accomodate our whole family and was very convenient to the ski areas as well. The home itself was well-stocked and super clean. The kitchen had everything in it that you could possibly need to cook with and there were plenty of extra linen and towels. There were also lots of games and DVDs to amuse kids and adults too. The view from the deck was unbelivable, a great place to sit and have your morning coffee. The Grand Passes were a great value, we used them at the Winter Park slopes everyday. This house far exceeded all of our expectations and we hope to return for our next vacation.

  My family and I had an excellent ski vacation, and this home was a major part of the reason why. It is located in Fraser, Co. which is just a hop skip and a jump from the Winter Park ski area. The views from practically every room in the house are to say the least stunning! It was so nice having my morning coffee while looking out over the Continental Divide watching the snow fall. Also, the master bedroom is located on the main floor level while all the other bedrooms are on the lower level. This adds an extra element of privacy as well as allowed my boys to watch movies in the media room without us hearing a sound! There are two fireplaces, awesome hot tub which is great for soaking in after skiing, washer and dryer so we didn't have to come home with dirty clothes, and best of all a steam shower in the master bedroom which was a God send for us folk who live along the Texas gulf coast and are not use to breathing cold dry air! Overall, I would highly recommend this home. And for a family of four...do the math....it's a good deal for all the amenities that it provides.

  Very upscale and well cared for home. Each morning was spent around the spacious dining room and equally spacious fully stocked kitchen making breakfast, and enjoying the view of the sunrise above the mountains. We were very comfortable each night, beds are great! Views from the hot tub are unobstructed and breathtaking. Our family also enjoyed the theater room – kids thought it was awesome! Owners are very informative and helpful. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, and plan to stay there again in the near future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
