  Small but comfortable and best view to be had anywhere in Daytona area. House was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning as often as possible!

  I can't thank Ben enough for letting us stay at his beautiful home located in Wilbur-by-the-Sea. It brought so many wonderful memories to me of my childhood growing up during the summer's on the same fabulous beach. The house is very comfortable and beautifully detailed. We spent most all of our time on the patio that overlooks the best beach in the world. If you are looking for a private and peaceful retreat, then this is the place for you. We have stayed at almost every condo on the strip from the Dunlawton Bridge down to the lighthouse over the last 30 years and this was by far the best of the best. We do plan to return. Thanks again.

  WOW! We loved our stay. The location was superb ... truly ocean front and literally steps to the beautiful beach. We can't articulate the sheer pleasure of such simple and direct access to the beach. We have been vacationing in this area for 10+ years and this may have been our most relaxing vacation yet. We did not even want to leave the house / beach to do the typical touristy things we would normally do. Four of us stayed for a bit over a week ... and found that this little gem lives large. Beautiful decor, stunning ocean views, and stars, stars, stars galore at night. The property is just as pictured and the furniture is elegant yet wonderfully comfortable and inviting! The owners were wonderful to work with regarding all the typical rental details ... and being long time local residents proved to be an invaluable source of info / insight for our last minute quest to learn how to surf. One point of interest that does not necessarily pertain to this actual rental but was highly significant for our stay, was the food options available to us this year. We have serious food allergy issues and found that this area has become much more progressive in the area of offering special menu items to accommodate the food sensitive diner. This was quite a blessing to all of us. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and relatives ... but it will be hard to share! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

  We stayed at this house for 10 days, and the house was spotlessly clean, the decor and style calming and peaceful. The bathrooms were lovely and spotless.The beds had all cotton bedding, huge pillows and were very comfortable.The location is fantastic, rare in Florida not to be surrounded by condos, a no-drive beach, calm, quiet and a taste of old Florida. Many times of the day we were the only ones on the beach. If you want the newer side of Daytona, it is an easy drive. Patio is incredible, with direct vista of beach and sea. The beach is right there. The owner and his family were great hosts, great to rent from beginning of inquiry to our leaving. We saw dolphins, shore birds right from patio, and the owner even told us where to see sea turtles nests. The patio was a calming, happy place to begin and end the day. The only downside was having to leave. We stayed at the start of June. We will be going back.

  This was truly a really nice vacation rental. It was very clean, well maintained and it is truly an oceanfront rental. Very romantic if you want it for two as you can watch the sunrise right from the living area. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean on a nice quiet section of the beach. We would recommend this property to friends, family or really anyone. We would definitely come back!!
