  This was the best place for our family to escape too for our family vacation. We have stayed in other places in SPI, but this was by far our favorite and we will be booking for next summer!! The location is perfect, the complex is clean, friendly and in such a great location. The balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard which then stretches to the beach!! Such a perfect view! The condo itself is perfect! So much space, all the amenities of home, and clean clean clean!! We will be booking our trip for next summer without a doubt and it will be in this condo!! HIGHLY recommended!!

  This is our new favorite place to go in Padre. The building is so small and charming and literally a few steps from beach. It's just so cute and retro, but clean and well-kept and doesn't feel old. Chad is great to deal with and his unit is very well stocked. Thanks, Chad!

  This was the best vacation ever with our two kids, ages 5 and 3. The complex was very quiet. The pool was immaculate and the condo was very comfortable, clean and attractive. It is wonderful staying in a condo right on the beach. We would love to stay again.

  We loved the condo & it's amazing views. It was a perfect fit for 2 couples. We enjoyed the ocean, its waves & the wonderful shells, blue jellyfish & starfish the tide brought in. (We shared them with our grandchildren). It was awesome to walk on the beach, even when the weather wasn't the warmest.The sunrises were gorgeous. We tried lots of restaurants with Gabriella's, Pier 19 & Manuels among the favorites. We used the kitchen when we didn't feel like dining out- it had all we needed,even the wine opener. Sea Turtle,Inc & SPI Birding & Nature Center were great spots to enjoy on a nice day. We hope to return to this awesome getaway & will highly recommend it. Chad & Kim were very informative & great to work with. We loved #207.

  I can't add much to what others have already said. This is a great condo, exactly as described by Chad, who was as helpful as a person can be whenever I spoke to him during the booking process. The Sangria staff that we met, Noe and Reuben, were also very friendly and helpful. As promised, the balcony view was awesome. It's hard to imagine a better spot for the money than Sangria # 207.

  This unit has a GORGEOUS view, along with every amenity you could ask for! The condo is located on an ideal section of beach, which allows for wonderful swimming and nice walks north or south on the eastern side of the island. The condo itself is super comfortable and nicely decorated. Chad’s recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were spot on. We ended up eating at Gabriella’s twice – incredible food. The northern end of the island with the sand dunes is an absolute MUST! The pool was an awesome place to relax during the day and the patio was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. The ocean view from this unit is truly spectacular. Thank you, Chad. We had a terrific vacation and can’t wait to return to unit 207 at the Sangria condominiums.

  We visited Sangria #207 for the labor day weekend and are having a great time. Very clean and well maintained property and unit. The interior is decorated very nicely, modern yet very warm. Dinner at Gabriella's was fantastic and breakfast at Yum Yum was wonderful. The beach view is to die for, I could sit on the patio all day and be happy her. Great complex, small and intimate. We like this so much better than a high rise. This feels like the beach! thank you Chad for ensuring our stay was seamlessly smooth. We will be back.

  We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The view from the living room is incredible and you are literally steps from the beach. This is the perfect location for a small family who likes the charm of a small sweet condo complex right on the water's edge. The grounds were well maintained. There was a nice, clean pool and a tennis court. The unit is nicely furnished, the bedding is comfy, high ceilings, tasteful furniture, good floor plan. I highly recommend this place. Thanks, Chad!

  We loved our stay at Sangria #207! The easy access to the pool and beach is great especially for young families with kiddos. Our apartment had a wonderful relaxing view and the pictures on VRBO and Sangria websites were accurate. Our only concern was the open access from the street (maintenance man parking) to the pool gate which we viewed as a safety breach for kids running out or the entrance of uninvited guests. Also, during our stay the parking area gate was broken. We found a very clean condo, so kudos to the housekeeping ladies. My girls loved the corals touches around the condo! And I loved the tips you had in your guestbook (sand dunes and Gabriella's restaurant!)

  We loved the Sangria. The grounds are kept so nice. The complex sits directly on the beach and has wonderful views. We rented 5 condos at the Sangria with our group, and everyone thought 207 was the nicest. Chad was great to work with and contacted us very quickly every time we had a question. We highly recommend this location!
