While the apartment was spacious and well-located it failed on everything else. Below is a list of items that needed attention during our stay: Internet down No phone to make local calls or call front desk located in a different building Master bedroom ceiling light bulb broken Nightstand lights inoperable in both rooms Fan filter hanging loose in master bedroom's bathroom Threadbare, musty linens No dresser in guest bedroom Dresser in the master bedroom not accessible due to broken sliding door Master bedroom's spring box and mattress loose No complete set of dishes or utensils in the kitchen Front door access card temperamental Kitchen floor sticky Fire detector disengaged Heavy duty construction work in the apartment next door without being notified Overall, we felt the apartment was neither newly renovated nor a 5-star accommodation as listed in the ad.
