  We can't wait to come back. House was just as described. Good beds. The location was great, walk to beach, close to golf course, close to restaurants. six adults and three kids, plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. Well equipped. I recommend this house to anyone.

  This was our second year staying at this wonderful home--5 women who celebrate our birthdays together each year. The ocean views are fabulous and great access to a short trail to the beach which is right across the street. The home has everything you need for a perfect vacation and is very clean,comfortable and roomy. The owner Debbie is a delight to work with and made arrival and departure a breeze! We absolutely love this area--gorgeous beach and golf course, all the properties are well maintained, very safe and great areas for walking with panoramic ocean views. Thank you Debbie for sharing your perfect beach home with us!

  My family (2 kids, 2 adults,1 dog) and my brother and sister-in-law stayed here for 3 nights during the Holiday week. It was wonderful! The house is perfectly designed for families. The bedrooms are all a good size and all but one have an ocean view! The kitchen has all of the necessary amenities and the living room has plenty of room for everyone to relax. But there is more- my kids loved the garage with the ping pong table and the very large dining room table, perfect for family board games! The house has more games than you could play- and a TV in each room in case you need some "down time". The spa is perfect for chilling after a perfect day strolling on the beach. We have stayed in the Bodega Harbor area 2 other times and this is by far the best house! Can't wait to return.

  Every year my family goes to Bodega for the first weekend in November and we have rented many houses for our trip. This was by far our favorite. Our family now includes little ones (I have a 1 year old and my sister has a 2 year old and a 5 month old) and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone. There are two large rooms for parents who want to put a pack n play in with them for their little one, and the trundle bed in the Master was great for the 2-year old. Additionally, though there are stairs, there is a baby gate to the main stairs so we never had to worry about any accidents. My 1-year old is still learning to walk and the carpeting throughout was so perfect for her clumsy nature. There was a high chair that we all took turns using and plenty of fun toys in addition to the ones we brought. Another thing we loved was how open the main space was - it was so great to have some of us in the kitchen, others in the dining room and still others in the living room and yet we all still felt together. Last but not least, the cabin has AMAZING views from all windows. Since I spent a lot of time chasing toddlers I may not have appreciated this as much as I would have, but it was incredible when I did. Truly, it was the perfect home for our family and we will definitely be going back next year!

  This is a very well appointed home with beautiful views from all the living areas and both master bedrooms. Situated on one floor, it is well suited to a person with limited physical abilities. There are many amenities for families with smaller children. We found the all areas well cleaned, despite arriving a day early, which we appreciated very much. Our family enjoyed going to the beach and the local wildlife-especially the bobcat near the green across the street. We all thank you.

  Our group of 10 seniors rented both of the Gull Dr. properties for our annual get-away and it, by far, was the best rental ever. So clean and well appointed with your every need. I can't say enough about Debbie, who answered my every questions, even dumb ones, immediately! The views are breathtaking and we will definitely rent this again and recommend it to others.
