  This is a wonderful property in a great location for exploring Florida! Disney is only an 8-10 minute car journey away and Universal is a 15-20 minute drive. Situated just off the 192 there are a quite a few nice resturants in walking distance as well as a Walmart and an outlet mall. The House is large and spacious and well maintained, would recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando. We will most certainly book this house again when we decide on our next visit!! The owners could not be more pleasant and were a joy to deal with. Many thanks for all of your help and letting us use your lovely home!

  We have just returned home after having the most Amazing family holiday . Our House near the Mouse was everything it said it would be plus much much more. It was absolutely stunning , unbelievable clean in a great location for all theme parks , shops and restuarants . We are a large family with five children our eldest being 16 and our youngest being two !! The house had everything to cater for all our childrens ages , our boys loved the games room ,the wi fi was great so they could keep up with the world of facebook and the girls lived in the swimming pool !!!! The pushchair , highchair , cots and carseats you had everything and we used them all !!! Having beach towels and bath towels provided was such a luxury and there was an abundance of them , also the laundry room was well used came home with all clean washing !!!! The Walkie Talkies were a great added extra and were well used even when we went shopping !!! Bob and Marjorie have thought of everything when it comes to there guests staying in their home . Lee enjoyed his conversations with Marjorie so helpful ,full of advice and tips making our holiday even better !! We would highly recommend so much so we have booked for next year !!!!!! Roll on 2012 !!

  Well what can we say, we viewed your home on the website and booked after looking at the fantastic pictures. When we arrived we where absolutely took back with your home, it was very welcoming and very home from home with beautiful surroundings. Everything was very central and we found it was the perfect base for our first time to Florida. As i told you when we spoke, i am a wheelchair user and found total freedom around your home which was a big plus for me! We felt very confident to allow the children to venture around alone whilst being in the security of the gated surroundings which is why i can not wait to book as soon as possible for next year and would definitely recommend your beautiful home to anyone.   Stayed at the Compass Bay in June. Accommodation was extremely spacious and ideal for the six of us. Indeed we didn't make use of a further bedroom so would cater for eight easily. Location was spot on; only 10 minute drive to Disney and a Walmart right on your doorstep. Owners have gone to a lot of effort to cater for guests and we really appreciated the small things like provision of Sat Nav, choice of children's buggies which we used to push bags round the parks as well as BBQ and pool table if you wanted a rest day at the onsite pool. Modern and clean accommodation, TVs in all the bedrooms; washing machine and dryer and a kitchen with all mod cons. Would recommend to anyone wanting luxury, secure accommodation at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return at some point

  Thank you so much for use of your lovely home which far exceeded our expectations! The villa had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Every conceivable requirement was catered for. Very centrally located for all the main attractions. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and definitely would have no hesitation to either recommend it or use again. Thank you again for helping to make our family holiday so comfortable!

  Fantastic! what more can one say. The photographs do not do this home justice, this home is immaculate. They have catered for your every need, it really is a home away from home, everything is supplied in the home that you would use for everyday living, and more. Towels for bathing, and for pool use were supplied and fresh bed linen was available when required, If you wish to stay home and cater for yourselves, everything you need is supplied and the supermarkets are really close by. Should you choose the dine out option as we did, you will find every type of restaurant along the I192 which is 2 minutes drive away, and International Drive with even further choices is only a few minutes drive away. The home is in a perfect location for all the theme parks such as Disney and Universal both of which are just a short drive away, if you feel inclined to do so you can also reach the beaches on the West coat of Florida within 2 hours drive. If you wish to have a day off from the parks there is a swimming pool on site which is very good. The cleanliness of this home and of the complex in general is very impressive a lot of care is taken to maintain standards at this property. Although there were only 3 of us staying at this villa, it would easily and comfortably be suitable for 2 familes of 4 (2 adults 2 Kids) This was our 3rd visit to Orlando and this proprty is far above anything else we have stayed in previously. They really do cater for everything at this Villa, including guides to restaurants, shopping, nights out they you may not have thought of, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in returning to this property and would highly recommend it to my friends and family and anyone else thinking of holidaying in Orlando.

  We arrived at Compass Bay on the 15th June 10 and were warmly welcomed with a well presented and clean home. We have stayed in many homes and villas but this home is of a very high standard. The facilities within the home are exceptionally good. The home entertainment system caters for all categories so there is something for everyone to do either during the day or in the evening after returning from the Parks. The location of the home is exceptional being only 10 – 15 minutes from the Parks. Local amenities, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Buses etc are within a 5 – 10 minute walk. My Husband and I have had a fabulous holiday this year and the holiday was made special not only because of the Magic of Disney but also the Magic of this home. I will highly recommend this home to my family and friends

  Bob and Marjorie have a beautiful here in a fantastic location. They have thought of every eventuality for the “Family” away from home. From PSP Games board games, videos and even a sewing kit. We cannot recommend this home highly enough, we certainly shall be returning Thank you x

  What a fabulous Holiday. House is perfect. Harry Potter World was great, all the Disney Parks are awesome. Can recommend Warburg Flight Museum just down the road and Boggy Creek Airboat rides
