This summer we will offer our home for $425 per night, Saturday to Saturday, June/July/August. This vacation experience is what memories are made of. Guests keep coming back and book each year in advance. Located in the middle of this magnificent crystal clear lake, our home is situated in the center of Elliot Bay. All yours to enjoy.
This two-story home faces to the East on 200 feet of lakefront. The sun rises right out of your wall-to-wall front windows giving you a view of the mouth of the Clark Fork River and the breathtaking Monarch Mountains. The spacious deck overlooks the sand beach on our shorefront with full sun all day. Summers enjoy 16 hours of day light and average 80 degree temperatures with comfortable swimming and any type of water sport right from our beach. Our 10 foot by 40 foot dock has two-sided mooring ideal for 21 foot boats and a pro diving board to jump start your day. Professional boat launch is at nearby Garfield Bay.
Many fun, lakefront restaurants are just a short boat ride away. As well as grocery stores and gas for your boat. Sightseeing begins the moment you turn off Highway 95 and start your drive down Sagle Road to the lake.
Boating on the lake is an endless adventure. The full opposite side of the lake is conservation with countless beaches and trails. Enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, and glassy waters for skiing or wake boarding. Our guests take full advantage of our perfect location and often boat to Sunday Brunch just across the lake or head to lunches and dinners at one to six lakefront restaurants. Town by a scenic boat ride is 20 minutes away. Sandpoint is a walking town with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to see, do and eat. Sandpoint continues to be featured in Sunset, Outside & USA Today; and in the TV series Extreme Makeover and Desparate Housewives!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this property. We enjoyed a splendid week listening to the waves crash on the beach, watching fish jump and Eagles and Ospreys patrol the skies. The pictures dont capture the smell of Cedar and the sound of Hummingbirds. The beachfront location is rare and immaculate. This was an excellant way to celebrate my wife's 40th Birthday. I would recommend this property to friends, family or anyone else that would enjoy a very unique holiday in northern Idaho!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
