Sand Dollar Cottage is situated on a Caribbean-side waterfront lot with beautiful sunset views. Located within the Four Points Marina Village Development, this brand-new cottage has 1,100 square feet of indoor living space and 1,200 square feet of wrap-around decks. Sand Dollar Cottage has 2 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a powder room off the living room. The spacious living room has seating for 8 and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Amenities include WIFI, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. The Marina Village development features a Caribbean fusion restaurant on site. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping plaza with a fully stocked supermarket and an international commercial bank. Your boat can anchor just off Four Points Tikki Bar where there is a dinghy dock.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!! Fantastic place to stay, clean, bright, located in a great location, helpful owners, awesome beds and linens, don't hesitate booking you won't regret it if you do. Planning our next trip back already. The kids all begged to stay longer.

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

My wife, daughter (10 years old), and I stayed at Sand Dollar for 3 nights during our second trip to Eleuthera. We didn't get to spend much time in Rock Sound when we first visited and wanted to explore more of the southern part of the island. Sand Dollar was the perfect spot for us! Initial arrangements were made with Julianna, who is knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Booking was simple and Sherrelle always offered very cheery email exchanges. The pictures of Sand Dollar accurately portray the clean, modern, and well-furnished interior. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more (since we never end up cooking as much as we intend - especially when you have the delicious Pascal's restaurant right next door!). Having a washer/dryer is also a bonus and the grill, which we didn't get a chance to use, was brand new. The cottage sits in kind of a huge parking lot area and is also fairly close to the main road, which is not the best, but the owners have done a great job landscaping around the cottage, and it is very well constructed so we weren't bothered by the (very little) traffic that passes by. A big plus is that Sand Dollar sits right near the water and made for some of the must stunning sunsets I have ever seen. But what really earns Sand Dollar the 5-star review is the owners! Chandra and Thomas are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet on an island full of the most friendly people in the world! They were so accommodating and Chandra even unlocked their market (which is the best on the island!) after hours so we could get a few supplies. They really made our stay special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Sound. The owners of this cottage were over the top in their friendliness and commitment to us enjoying our stay. They welcomed us for our walk through on a Sunday and opened their supermarket so that we could get supplies and groceries for our stay over the holidays. Things you should know: You will need to rent a car - you have to drive most places, including the beach. This is not a party town - not much to do except relax and explore. The best beaches are tough to get to - you'll need a 4x4 and a map. This area is not for the typical tourist experience - expect to mix with the locals - also what we loved the most Things we loved: The beaches!!!! The people are very friendly The best restaurant in town is at your door step The island was very easy to navigate - you can drive to the tips of the island in two hours

A perfect spot from which to explore South Eleuthera. Perfect for families or couples traveling together. Kid friendly. Neat as a pin. Everything you need is there down to the beach towels and washer dryer. All appliances are brand new. Just bring your passport and your bathing suit. Owners live in the area and are a great source of local information. The beach in front of the house is basic but there are many beautiful empty beaches very close by. Be sure to stop in at nearby Pascals for a great local meal and good conversation.
