Oceanfront House with Oceanfront Pool!

  Mhen I asked my wife whether the condo was Excellent, Good or Average we both thought it was somewhere between Good and Average. Having said that, if you want a location with a great view of the beach and a location right on the beach, this is the place. The unit was well appointed although I will say that probably due to use it is starting to get nicked up. The master bedroom is great and it is nice cooking with a beautiful view. If you want a location away from the downtown crowd, again this is the spot. The game room is anything but. It is located in the basement accessible only through the garage and is anything but fun. There is a throw rug on top of a concrete floor and the TV is not an extra large TV as mentioend in this ad. Out the backdoor of the game room is the bottom floor patio which is not inviting in the least. The patio furniture has not been cleaned in ages and the table and the chair cushions are filled with mold and mildew. The grill is not a gas grill but a small charcoal grill that is also dated and a bit dirty. There are three beach chairs for your use but are old, rusty and need to be replaced. The pool next door is nice. If you use the pool expect that the food will be bad and the drinks will be okay and all of it will be expensive. The outdoor servers are nice especially Sarah. If you sit by the pool, ask for Sarah. When you are preparing to leave expect that nothing except sheets and 6 bath towels will be there. You will be started with a couple of rolls each of paper towels and TP but thats it. Cooking equipment and utensils will be there and should be sufficient for your use. So there it is, some good and some bad. Somewhere between good and average. This may sound harsh but when you are paying good money you would like some value in return.

  We just wanted to say a big thank you for renting out this lovely townhouse to us. Of all the houses we’ve stayed in this one may very well be the best of them all. This was our third stay on Tybee Island - and this time we tried to allow for more time to enjoy the deck, the amenities offered such as kitchen and living space and pool, yet we also found it continued to meet our needs as the perfect location for exploring and new experiences. WE hope that the families who stay here after us have as great a time as we did. Thanks a million. Great home, the views are breathtaking and restful and great owners. It exceeded our expectations all the way around, and we look forward to visiting again. The day after we arrived home my daughter called to ask when we were going to plan our next trip!

  The townhouse was wonderful we couldn't have asked for more! We loved everything about our stay!! The house. The deck. The pool. The beautiful beach. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Many great memories! Hope to use it again. This has been a wonderful vacation and a fantastic place to stay. We fixed gourmet seafood dinners every night in the condo.

  WOW ! The townhouse was clean, well decorated and beautiful. There is so much personality and thoughfulness in this place. We spent every morning and evening on the deck watching the boats and dolphins.With some of the earlier reviews of this house, we expect it to be so great and we absolutely loved it! We really liked the pool and the beach was absolutely beautiful. My only regret is that I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Hopefully, we can come back again and spend more time here dolphin watching.

  We have rented vacation properties for years, and this one is the best. It is comfortable, clean, and on a beautiful beach. The open kitchen/living area was a great place to gather. The upper and lower decks have a fantastic view of the ocean. The upstairs bedrooms are very comfortable, and it is particularly nice that each has its own private bath. The beach is wide, clean, and amazingly uncrowded. We will definitely try to return and recommend this house to others. Thank you!!!

  This home is everything it says and more. Tomorrow is the last day of our 9 day stay and we do not want to go home. The owners are fantastic,the house is charming,the area is great! Could not ask for a more peaceful vacation. We will be here every year that the owners are still renting. Our new home away from home. Private community, friendly people, nice beach, and lovely lighthouse.....
