Our newly remodeled one bedroom condo is located in Cascade Village one mile from Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort ski area with free ski shuttle to the mountain. There are new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils needed to make a meal just like you would if you were home. The living room has a new LCD TV with IPOD docking station. The tile floors make it easy when coming in from your day of winter activities.
The bathroom has a jetted tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and the marble countertops add a great feel to the bathroom. The master bedroom has a wall mounted LCD TV and IPOD docking station with new linens for extreme comfort. The living room has a wood burning fireplace so you can warm up and watch it snow next to a relaxing fire. Firewood provided.
WIFI and free long distance are included in the condo. The main lodge has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi; outdoor hot tubs; men's and women's sauna and locker rooms, as well as a propane barbecue grill so you can sit back and enjoy the mountain views. There is a game room on site and Fitness Center with a view to keep you working-out. Treat yourself to a massage (by appointment).
We know you will have a great time and enjoy the area and all it has to offer. Whatever time of the year there is always something to do here!

From the moment we walked through the door we were very impressed! It looked fully remodeled with beautiful tile flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, nice fixtures and comfy furniture. The kitchen was fully upgraded and have everything we needed to prepare some of our meals during our stay. The family room was very comfy and the furniture looked brand new. We have a young daughter so it worked perfect to have her sleep on the hide-a-bed. All rooms had flat sceen TVs and IPOD docking stations. We were also both able to work a bit while on vacation with the wireless internet. It was relaxing and had great views...we went hiking around the area. My husband was happy there was a workout room. We are looking forward to renting this unit again in the winter with another couple for a snowboarding trip. We really love the area and had an amazing vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This beautifully furnished condo was perfect for our family of 4. It looked as though it had recently been updated and was extremely clean and well kept. The king size bed was very comfortable, as was the pull out sofa bed for the kids. We enjoyed all the amenities of Cascade Village - the fitness center, nearby hiking trails, indoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tubs. We loved the location and the beautiful mountain views. Cascade Village is just a short drive from Durgano Mountain and the town of Durango. We would definitely recommend this condo and would choose to stay here again on our next trip to Durango.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
