This immaculate villa has been remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen boasts new granite countertops, a new ceramic tile floor, and new cabinetry. New carpeting throughout the villa. The master bath, upstairs bath and the powder room have been completely refinished (new ceramic tile, faucets, sinks, vanities, mirrors, etc.). The entire first floor has been repainted in a soft taupe shade that compliments the new furniture in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The living room sofa houses a queen sleeper to accommodate additional guests.
The two-story villa has a large rear patio with barbecue and patio furniture. The villa overlooks the pool which can be viewed from the living room and both bedrooms. The interior features an open floor plan with the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and one and a half baths downstairs. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with private bath and balcony plus a loft with a twin-size sleeper for additional sleeping capacity.
Master bedroom has king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, and private bath. Upstairs bedroom has two full-size beds, cable TV/VCR, and private bath. Living Room has cable TV and a DVD/CD player. Powder room is adjacent to Living room.
