Rented this property and was never told there is no cable TV at this property. I have stayed in much less expensive hotels and had cable. Not disclosing this up front is questionable Upon checking in no one ever called to ensure we didn't need anything or have any questions, which we did. The ice maker sounded like it was trying to make ice but none ever came out. The heating system upstairs and downstairs needed instructions as to how to operate, was very hot or very cold. The vent under the kitchen sink ratteled all night long when the heat came on. If you want or need follow up be prepared to not receive.Owner response: The VRBO clearly stated there was no cable. I was unaware people were that interested in watching tv while on vacation. Now that I am aware, the house now has cable to view on the 65" tv. The refrigerator has no ice maker. It is a commercial fridge so the compressor does make some noise. I apologize for the lack of instructions on the programmable thermostats. There were instructions, but they must have been misplaced at some point. There is a folder with instructions to all appliances in a folder in the house. I do not know why my property manager did not follow up. The property is now being managed by the homeowner who lives and works 2 blocks away.

This house is beautifully decorated and maintained. We found it to be warm and cozy interior, yet quite spacious. It has a great gourmet kitchen with all the amenties. It was an easy walk into town for dinner or shopping and a short walk to the shuttle stops to the ski lifts. We definitely recommend this house for a memorable stay in Breckenridge!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The house was perfectly maintained and was very comfortable. Great cooks kitchen and spacious bedrooms made a perfect place to come to after a great day's skiing. If it's apres ski you're looking for, the location couldn't be better, just a few quiet blocks away from Main St. with great bars and restaurants. Access to the mountain was made very simple with a free shuttle that stopped just steps from the house. I would whole heartedly recommend this house to a friend or a relative. Great place!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Its very clean and super comfortable. Love the modern-feel of the interior, especially the kitchen. Great location in town. Can walk to Main Street in minutes. I have stayed in this house a couple of times and it has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. The open floor plan upstairs, along with the fabulous front windows, brings the beauty of the outside in and opens up the space. It is easy to relax in this house, as everything you could possibly need is provided. The house is beautifully appointed with all modern fixtures. You do not have to get into your car once you arrive; everything about this charming town is within walking distance or the free shuttle. I love this house. My nicest memories are watching the snow swirl around outside while snuggling on the couch in the afternoon after a great day on the mountain, and sitting around the large dining table enjoying a wonderfully indulgent meal. I highly recommend this house!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I came to visit from sunny California for a weekend and did not want to return home. The home was welcoming, comfortable and allowed us to enjoy all the amenities that Breck and the surrounding area has to offer. Just a mere walk away, we went hiking, shopping and exploring. You don't even need a car! Easy access to the cities finest restaurants, shops and bars kept us super busy and quite entertained. We would absolutely return to this home specifically. We enjoyed the surrounding mountain view, sitting on the porch and didn't even need to go elsewhere.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
