This home is by far one of the most luxurious and relaxing environments ever experienced. With the gourmet kitchen, infinity pool with breathtaking views, and exquisite furnishings- this house has it all! The community was beautiful, safe, and easily accessible to San Jose, Cabo San Lucas, and the airport. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to relax in luxury.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This house was absolutely amazing. The interiour of the house is unbelievable, the living room is huge and all of the kitchen appliances are brand new. All of the bedrooms are incredibly spacious and have gorgeous fixtures. All of that pales in comparison to the amazing infinity pool with a swim up bar and hot tub. I spent entire days just outside by the pool with no desire to go anywhere else because of the amazing view and listening to the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. It is also located in safe gated community. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Mexico, you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Towards the end of June, I was fortunate enough to spend a week at this property overlooking the ocean in a beautiful community in San Jose del Cabo. The home is excellently maintained and the cleaning staff is courteous and fun to speak with. The pool area is simply phenomenal. There is a good sized deck with chairs for laying out, a covered area that houses a terrific grill and cooking space, and the infinity pool itself is perfect for jumping on a raft and looking out at the ocean or reading a book. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Cabo San Lucas is available for any kind of night life or tourist attractions you may desire. To top off this incredible experience, there is an outdoor shower attached to the first floor master bedroom. To sum up, I strongly recommend this property for someone looking for a relaxing getaway from every day life. It is an absolutely perfect spot to vacation and I am incredibly satisfied with my time spent there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This property is paradise. This house is very large and modern. It certainly has a luxurious feel to it with its spaciousness throughout the home, but this property is special because of its view. It has the most amazing view of the ocean, which can be seen just over the edge of the infinity pool. Most of my time was spent by the swim up bar/grill area which was the perfect hangout spot for all of us. I have been around the world and there are not many views that can compare to this one. At night time you can listen to the waves crash into the beach and enjoy its perfect breeze. There is not a more relaxing feeling in the world. It has everything to offer in a vacation spot and is a true getaway!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is an exceptional home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, top of the line appliances and furnishings, great open layout, gorgeous outdoor pool area. Stayed for a week and never wanted to leave. Seems like it would be a favorite of all ages. Satellite TV and internet make it great for anyone who can't totally disconnect, but the quiet location makes it the perfect place to really get away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I had the good fortune of being able to stay in Casa Greenspun on a weeklong trip with friends and even though my expectations were high I came away impressed. The pictures really dont do this house justice. The outdoor pool area is amazing, and the view of the ocean is picturesque, but what really makes the house unique is the attention to detail. All the beautiful marble, tiles, appliances, and bathroom fixtures make this house unique. Each of the four bedrooms could pass for a master bedroom. Most of the sliding doors in the back can be completely opened up to enhance the outdoor surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet, and two levels of security gates left me feeling safer then I do at home in the US. San Jose is only a few minutes away, and there are all sorts of outdoor activities that can be enjoyed in the region.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This spring my husband and I were just looking to shake off a cold winter with a week in the Baja, but what we discovered at this villa was pure romance. The house—gorgeously decorated and accented with the works of local artisans—was so comfortable, and the sea view so soothing, that it was hard to pull ourselves away each day to explore the Cabo region. We found ourselves often enough, though, in nearby San Jose del Cabo, where the restaurants are all tempting (Salsitas was our favorite) and the arts and crafts exquisite (Thursday eves feature a lively art walk). We took some picturesque drives along the Sierra de la Laguna, too, and stumbled upon the Tropic of Cancer (there’s a quirky shrine to the Virgin of Guadalupe there) and the sleepy town of Santiago, where they make a delicious pesca Veracruz at the restaurant in the Hotel Palomar. Other off-the-beaten-path fun included beers at Buzzard’s, a funky bar on the beach just over a sandy hill from Puerto Los Cabos (the beach at Buzzard’s has some surreal rock formations and a sea turtle nesting ground), and an attempt to navigate the East Cape Road to Cabo Pulmo, a national marine park that boasts a living coral reef. (The tires on our rental car weren’t up to the sand road that would take us there, but that’s at the top of our list for next time!) No matter what eclectic fun we found in the southern Baja, though, Casa Greenspun was paradise to come home to each day. Whether splashing in the exquisite pool, sunning on the sprawling patio, sipping drinks in the shade of the palapa, or eating a meal of local organic foods at the beautiful dining room table, the ocean was always in our view. Breezes lulled us to sleep at night, and the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez was our welcome wake-up call each morning. Lucky were we to have had that week of magic. Thanks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We were fortunate enough to escape the winter blahs of the Mid-Atlantic for a fun-filled week in Mexico's Puerto Los Cabos. We arrived on a late February day and, after a short ride from the airport, were enthralled by the spectacular beauty of this lovely home with fabulous views of the Sea of Cortez and a world-class golf course. This new Spanish-style villa is spacious, beautifully appointed and sits within a safe, gated community. From the home's exquisite tile/marble work, top-of-the line furnishings and bedding, the gourmet kitchen, a gorgeous infinity pool with swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen and fire pit, overlooking a pristine beach with whale-watching and star-gazing as added bonuses, the experience of our Bajan vacation was made all the more perfect with our choice of accommodations. We definitely recommend this property - can't wait to go backi.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: We are glad you had a great time. More new furnishings are arriving so your next visit will be even better. The community landscaping is filling in to make the entry to the house even more inviting. Thanks for your input and support. Kathy and Peter

We arrived smiling and happy to get away; we left in tears because we had to leave this haven. We knew it would be wonderful, but never expected it to be as fabulous as it was. Upon arrival the house takes your breath away. The comforts you get to know make you never want to leave. The town of San Jose is fun, as are the surrounding day trips. We ate very well in good restaurants, and shopped too (great galleries, and souvenirs). The "locals" are really friendly and helpful. I am hoping if I ask my husband one more time when we can go back, he will just put me in in a UPS box and send. Thank you to the owners for all your efforts to make us feel like owners too (I wish!).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We live in the Northern Virginia area and have been visiting 'Cabo' for years. Finally we saw the security and comfort of PLC as it was developed and are thrilled to have completed Casa Greenspun. Given our busy lives we hope you will enjoy this great opportunity when we cannot get to Cabo. You will not be disappointed!!!
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Los Cabos:
We were lucky enough to buy the lot, and design and build our villa from the ground up. As we have spent several weeks a year in the area we knew this is where we wanted to build. We have travelled extensively and enjoy the tradition of the area, the people and the climate. Our house is completely private but in a gated and inviting neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Baja California has a unique climate and topography. There is a great deal to do as a tourist from golf and the beach, to world class fishing and scuba diving. Swim with the dolphins at the marina. San Jose del Cabo is a real Mexican city, with a spirit of kindness and pride particularly about the art work and galleries which are amazing. The sense of community is evident and everyone is helpful, particularly at the amazing hand made jewelry shops and world renown restaurants. Wind surfing, ATV and Eco tours, horseback riding, surfing are all minutes away. Visit towns within two hours for more sense of the Baja, and particularly the unique art work available you will want to send home.
