  We just got home from our vacation at Ebb Tide in Siesta Key and had a wonderful experience. Ebb Tide was very clean and was in a perfect location. The beach was beautiful too! The walk was a little farther than expected but nothing to challenging for anyone of any age. Every night we went down to the Village. We used Johnny's Free Beach Taxi Ride which is a free taxi service that will take you anywhere on the island for tips only. We tipped $10 a ride, which was about $2-3 a person. There were hit and misses down at the village for resturaunts. The Cottage and BluQue were delicious. And on the other side of the island was Turtles Pub which was very good too. Thanks Sue!

  We enjoyed 3 days here last year and took a week this year. The weather wasn't as cooperative, but our private patio allowed us to get some great sun and we did walk on the beach and use the pool. This is a wonderful villa with everything provided or just a phone call to Sue if something is needed. Great way to break up Michigan winters.

  We had a nice stay at Ebb Tide. Villa #2 is very clean and has an exceptional comfy bed. We had use of a brand new charcoal grill, but we only used it one time. It was a nice little walk to the beach to which we went for our morning walk and back again when it was warm enough to spend time sunbathing. It was unfortunate that a red tide had come in a few days before our arrival. The beach had a lot of dead fish on it for the first 3-4 days and an awful smell to go with it. I was able to get a lot of beautiful sunset pictures during our stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

It doesn't happen often, but it's unpleasant when it does. I walked the beach today and am happy to report it is back to being spectacular! I hope we see you return to Ebb Tide.

  My husband and I stayed in the villa recently. We enjoyed the beach and the villa! The villa is small, but perfect for the two of us. It was well appointed, had very nice upgrades, was clean and well-maintained. Sue even has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. It is definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in over many years of beach vacations. We have a couple of favorite things about the villa and area...The patio is very nice (great furniture) and relaxing, it's a great place to have your morning coffee. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk. We hope to be back soon.

  We really and truly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous cottage! Very quite, and people were very nice!!! We loved the patio having grilled Grouper and drinks! And having my wife beat me in UNO!!! Loved the Ophelia's fine dining!!! Please try the Sea Bass! Yummy! Romantic, quiet,looking at the river!! Picture perfect!! About the cottage. The AC was cold but, to the bedroom wasn't cool enough. Bring your own pillows. They were a little hard. The sink for washing dishes was small. There was a nice fan in the closet that helped alot on keeping things cool. Very minor things for such a perfect stay!!! We loved the sandy cool white beach! Actually took a jar of the sand with us! We walked every morning and then took a dip in the pool to start our day! And Sue is so sweet!! We will definitely be coming back in November! We were so relaxed and everything turned out perfect! So sad to leave such a amazing place. We took a drive to Venice Beach and stayed for a day. Wanted to leave. Because it was nothing like Siesta Keys!!!

I try to provide a variety with extras in the villa at all times and would gladly have bought you new ones. I certainly don't want people having to bring anything unnecessarily and for that reason, I supply everything from a hair dryer to all soaps and paper products one might need on a vacation. We'll be sure to have new, soft pillows for your return in November! See you soon!

  The villa was clean and well appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your time in Siesta Key. Crescent beach is just around the corner and was absolutely stunning–beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella etc. were supplied. There was also a lovely salt water pool which was around the corner. The villa has a small yet workable kitchen with all appliances/dishware needed to prepare a meal. The patio is a wonderful feature with beautiful plantings. We ate lunch there every day and enjoyed a cocktail there in the evening. Ebb Tide Villa #2 truly became our home away from home for a week.

  For the past 9 years Mindy and I have looked forward to our stay in Treasure Island, about an hour north of Siesta Key. This year we decided to change it up and we couldn't be more thrilled that we did! The area lives up to its reputation, and our stay at the Ebb Tide unit 2 far exceeded our expectation. The unit was quaint, clean, private and quiet. The location was even perfect...a block from the beach and close the all of our needs. Sue, we look forward to staying there again next year, and maybe for several more to come. You are a very pleasant hostess! Thanks again!

  We stayed for two weeks and want to return next year for a month! We loved everything about this wonderful, clean and comfortable condo. We especially enjoyed having our own private patio. We sat out there every day, enjoying the beautiful garden and the butterflies! Even on a windy day, it was perfectly sheltered and warm in the sun. The pool is the nicest one we've had on our vacations. We loved walking the beach every day for miles! This was the most relaxing vacation we've had and we can't wait to return!

  The Villa was exactly as described in Sue's description. The furnishings were very comfortable and accomodating. The linens and towels were top of the line. Everything you needed for a week long vacation was provided. It was so nice, not to have to pack beach towels, chairs, etc. The villa was extremely clean and decorated really, really nice. Sue has a knack for interior design :) It was truly the perfect amount of space for a couple or even a couple with a child. It was nice having the option to be able to call Sue at any time with any questions. She always answered her phone and was most helpful whenever we had a question about something. The back patio was delightful! So beautifully furnished and landscaped. Everyday you sat there, you saw butterflies, listened to birds singing and just enjoyed the serenity. What a bonus, having such a nice outdoor area. This villa is just a short walk to the pool and the beach. The beach is beautiful with crystal white sand that does not get hot!. The pool was very large and had plenty of lounge chairs. It was so nice to be able to come in from the beach, get cleaned up and then just walk and enjoy dinner and drinks. All in all a wonderful vacation experience. Would certainly stay there again and reccomend this villa to others.

  The perfect spot for our 3-day beach getaway! The condo was clean, comfortable, and more than enough space for two of us. The patio is peaceful and I loved that there was a BBQ even though we didn't use it. It was nice that the villa came with two beach chairs and beach towels since we packed light. We bought a beach umbrella at one of the nearby beach stores. Perfect location, beautiful beach, away from the crowds. Sue was kind, professional, and very accommodating to our requests. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! P.S. We had an excellent meal at Ophelia's on the Bay-- pleasantly surprised by how good the food was!

  We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key at Ebb Tide. We were conveniently located within walking distance of shops, beaches and restaurants. The white sandy beaches were awesome! We spent most of our time on the beach and visiting with friends so the villa served as a great place to crash and get cleaned up. The villa has a very nice and private patio, great for morning coffee and book reading. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked with all of the essentials.

  Ebb Tide was the perfect place for our little family to stay. Everything we could need was provided. The linens were very good quality and not needing to travel with beach towels was wonderful. We ate most of our meals out on the patio which was very nice. The beach was really close and beautiful. The pool was clean and warm and never crowded. Sue was a great hostess and very welcoming. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. There was enough room for our four year old to sleep on the very deep couch and we set up our pack and play just outside the bedroom for our nine month old. From the villa we visited the Mote Aquarium and drove an hour south for a baseball game. We loved the deli across the street. We hope to be back.

  My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ebb Tide. We loved the cozy condo and patio, and quick beach and pool access. It was nice to stay in a small and privately owned place. Sue was kind and professional. We would love to come again.

  We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and beautiful - not to mention conveniently located to the beach and shopping. The best surprise was the beautiful patio area. The furniture and plantings are beautiful and tropical. It is truly a little haven and wonderful retreat. There is plenty to do and see. Sue was a delight to work with from start to finish and extremely accommodating. We are looking forward to staying here again!
