Your own private screened pool overlooks the green and bunkers of the 4th fairway of prestigious Southern Dunes. The pool deck has ample patio furniture to relax, unwind and watch the sun go down! In-house leisure activities include large screen cable TV to lounge, cable TV to ALL bedrooms, PS2, DVD/CD/VHS, CD Hifi, assorted DVD's, videos, games and boardgames, electronic darts. With FREE wi-fi internet and FREE phone calls either bring your own laptop or use the pc provided which has a printer installed for coupons, directions and essential mail. Well appointed kitchen, equipped for your every need with loads of gadgets, crockery, cutlery, pots pans 'n all, whether you eat in or take out the choice is yours! Full laundry facilities with all linens and towels provided. Golf clubs, tennis rackets and fishing poles provided for fun within the gated community! Barbeque and oversized coolbox for those days out. There is also complimentary use of cot, highchair and stroller for our younger guests.

SOUTHERN DUNES is located off the I4 on Hwy 27. Close to Parks and with supermarkets, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The resort is set in the midst of the peace and tranquility of the immaculate fairways of Southern Dunes championship golf course voted in the top 100.

The villa comprises of an entrance lobby leading to a spacious
LOUNGE - light and airy, there is large screen cable TV, DVD/VHS/CD, CD hi-fi with a selection of movies, games and music.
DINING AREA - with new full sized dining suite with seating for 6. Dine in style while looking out the double patio doors giving excellent views of the fairway and access to the pool deck.
KITCHEN - with ample storage units, fully equipped and breakfast nook seating for 2.
Off from the main living area the bedrooms consist of:
MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM - with king sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and radio alarm clock. ENSUITE BATHROOM with full sized bath, shower, vanity basin unit and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM - with queen sized bed, bedroom furniture and large built-in wardrobe.
THIRD BEDROOM- with twin beds, TV and PS2, and large built-in wardrobe
BATHROOM - with full sized bath, shower, vanity basin unit and WC.
The inner lobby provides secure access to the GARAGE which contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a safe located in the villa for your valuables.
Outside is a private, screened swimming pool with night lighting and deck area with patio furniture, all overlooking the 4th fairway. Pool heating is available, if required, at a cost of £70/$100 per week.
Community features include Championship Golf course voted in the top 100 modern courses in all America, large communal swimming pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts, fishing lake and children's play areas. The Country Clubhouse has a top class restaurant and bar, and there is also a pro-golf shop too.
A few minutes walk from this secure gated Community (manned 6pm-7am daily), is a 24-hour Walmart and pharmacy, banks, petrol stations, restaurants and fast food outlets. DisneyWorld is 10-15 minutes away; Kennedy Space Centre and either Coast about an hour. The Heart of Florida Hospital and a General Medical Centre is close by on Hwy27.
