This home is walking distance to main street, and all of the local bars and eateries, while being just far enough away for a quiet relaxing vacation. A short walk to the end of the block allows quick access to Park City Mountain resort via the town lift and local ski runs. Just take quit'n time to the norfolk access and you'll never have to deal with messy parking lots. Or if you would like to try the other ski resorts you can walk to the transit center and take a free bus.

Main level contains: Full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Living room with a fireplace and theater system, Dining area, AND Bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining guest bathroom (with shower). The master suite is located upstairs and has a jacuzzi bath tub and steam shower.
The lower level feels like a private small suite with large bedroom, bathroom, and den which contains a murphy bed and two pull out twin chairs. Separate washer and dryer room with built in ironing board.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Purchased this convenient and easy to get to 2nd home. Less than 4 hours door to door from our home in Los Angeles. Park City is great for skiing, but the summers are spectacular and we love to hike. The colors in fall are absolutely magnificent. Couldn't be in a more beautiful location.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Living in Park City is the best get away from the large city, There is so much to do in winter and summer. In winter we ski, snow board, cross country ski and snow shoe. In summer there are 350 miles of hiking and biking trails. If you like the out doors, clean skies, and nice people it is the place to be.
