Our home is ideal for the relaxed, casual vacationer. We have decorated each room with local poster art from festivals and fun hand carved tropical wildlife. We have a room with board games, a large den with 51' television, a cozy sitting space with wood burning fireplace and a wonderfully large, fully equipped eat in kitchen that seats nine.
There are two picnic areas outside, a grilling area, wrap around deck and a 160' private dock from which you can watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's perfect for mooring shallow watercraft, personal watercraft, water volley ball or just relaxing on a float.

My husband, myself and our small dog spent the month of March at this property on Perdido Bay and we all enjoyed the stay. We had way more room than we needed--this would be a great place to stay with a large extended family. The property was clean and well maintained and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation spot. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Naval Air Station and Perdido Key.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: We love being described as casual, comfortable and clean. A laid back place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Thanks!

Great dock and view! We loved the kayaks and even my 11 year old daughter could handle one on her own. The road is not busy and has a lot of shade and a good bike lane which is great for early morning rides that have water views from both sides of the road. The house has a huge "mud room" that you can store your bikes in when not riding. The house is plenty big (we had 7 people and a dog) and the location is great if you want to go the beaches. Many good restaurants near by but we saved some money and cooked dinners at the house. The huge crockpot came in very handy since we had so many people. Thanks for helping us make great memories in Pensocola!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, sightseeing.

My husband and our 3 "four-legged children" stayed for 9 days. This property was VERY clean and worked well for our needs. We were so appreciative of the owner, Judith. She was so accommodating and responsive to our needs. The DVD player did not work and she came right over with another one. The back yard is totally fenced in which was great for our dogs. The house is convenient to everything you need. We really enjoyed going to Johnson Beach (about a 5-10 min. drive). It is beautiful and NOT crowded. We walked our dogs on the Johnson Beach road each morning. Great restaurant (pet friendly at lunch on porch) is Fisherman Corner - near Publix. One thing to be aware of in this home is the metal, winding staircase to 2nd floor. It may not be conducive for some people. House was VERY CLEAN!!!!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Nearby Grande Lagoon state park is another pet friendly park at which you can enjoy picnics, nature trails and the beach together.

My family and rented this home because we were all going to attend my nephews wedding. It was an awesome experience, great accomodations, clean and convenient and plenty of room. I loved sleeping with the window partially open to hear the waves licking the shore. Loved the doggy door and run for my "little girl", after all, she is part of the family too. The boys brought their inflatable kayacks and had fun in the water. We had a picnic out at the table on the back deck. The location was great! Its back off the road so you have privacy but close enough drive to everything to make it quite convenient. The pictures do not do this place justice! Thanks again!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Privacy, convenience and lots of family fun. That's what we like to hear!

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful, and secluded yet anything you might need it close by. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Hate that it had to end so quickly. Kitchen was had all the necessities. All you need to supply was the food for cooking. We enjoyed the picnic tables on the outside as well. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have. There was an ample supply of towels but with my large family we used all of them but was simply able to wash, dry and start over. The place was very clean and vacation friendly. Very nice but not to the point it was plush and you had to worry about the kids walking in with sand on their feet. Would highly recommend and hope to be able to stay again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: We strive to be a fun vacation spot where families can meet, relax and have a worry free vacation.

What a great big house! The local restaurant is fun at night when they have a band! The shallow water is perfect for toddlers, kids younger than 10. Lots of trees and shade to rest under. Great view- even when it rains! Loved our time sharing your vacation house! Thank you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: The bay's sandy bottom and quiet water makes for a fun spot to swim or play water volley ball.

The home was spacious and well-maintained. The pier allowed our party to sit outside with a nice breeze. We had easy access from the pier to our kayaks. The outside deck was large. The kitchen area was open to the dining area and allowed conversation while cooking. The air-conditioning was great when the heat was too much. All appliances were in good working order and all we needed were available. There was plenty of parking space and privacy. Not only were the house and property great, but the price was right. The owners were especially gracious and helpful. This would be our first choice again when renting a bay house and we would highly recommend this rental to family and friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: We think it is perfect for the laid back, causal vacationer. Great place for family or friends to connect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Innerrarity Point. We typically stay on the beach in a condo, but we were looking for a place to bring our little dog. The house was so clean and peaceful! It was just wonderful, and you can't beat the location. We really enjoyed sitting at the end of the pier watching the sunset, and sitting on the deck at night--you could see every star in the sky! The house is in such a great location...we went in a different direction each day and had a wonderful time in Foley, Pensacola, and at Perdido. I don't know if we will ever stay in a condo again...this was just such a great experience. It was like having your own private beach. Thank you for such a great time, and we hope to be back again soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: The dock is a wonderful place to enjoy fabulous sunrises and sunsets, soak in some sun and observe a variety of marine life. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again.
