  Our family has recently returned home after spending 9 nights at this wonderful villa, and we only have amazing things to say: -Home is very clean and modern with all the amenities we could ask for including a crib and high chair -Location is perfect Close to all theme parks, outlets, shopping malls, airport, International Drive etc -The owner,Samuel, was also a pleasure to deal with: extremely prompt and thorough replies -Walgreen, Publix are within close walking distance -Arrival/departure is completely painless: no waiting at a reception which is appreciated after a long day of travelling/late arrival Despite being there for 10 days, we didn't have a chance to make use of the pool/clubhouse. However, we did go for walks through the resort/along the path by the lake which were lovely Already planning our next trip and will definitely be contacting Samuel for future accommodaitons!   We did have a really good time. The PGA Show was good. We spent the last couple of days at Universal Studios and really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was fantastic!   We chose Vista Cay to be our holiday base, as we stayed there last year as well and we loved it! :) This time we booked Town Home owned by Samuel Lee. This property was luxurious from the front door to beds we slap on. Floor print at these Vista Cay town houses is same. Samuel´s town house provided very ergonomic beds with high quality sheets. Aircon was set Auto, and it kept air fresh and requested level. Club house pools were very close, offering easy choice to enjoy hot tub even after long park days. We also tried club house movie theatre. Apartment had ready garbage bags, toilet papers, dishwasher and washing powders ready for whole stay. These are items that usually has to be bought by every resident at their stay. At arrival, fresh clean smell was present after cleaning crew. WiFi was functioning the whole stay and was relatively fast. At least fast enough to watch NetFlix etc. We warmly recommend this property for anyone staying in Orlando for business to pleasure. You will not be disappointed. :) We will try to book this place next year again on our annual Florida trip. :)

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This place is awesome the owners are awesome and my weekend there was great. This House has so much comfort style and grace from the front gate. I only plan on coming back to this place every year of my conference. The style is modern and upscale allows you to feel as if your home in your own home and all things are there for you internet,Television, great sleep and awesome relaxation. I make this place the top of my list of places people should come and unwind and handle business if need be.

  For our first trip to America we searched for many months looking for a fantastically equipped property in a convenient location to base ourselves to visit the majority of the theme parks across Orlando. I am happy to say we were totally spoilt once we found this property. The location of the townhouse couldn’t be better, it is approx. 10mins drive each day from all of the parks, it is truly a central location. There are plenty of Malls and supermarkets within a very short drive (there is even a supermarket on the grounds). The facilities within the townhouse were superb. Every home from home convenience is catered for. This was our first trip to the states and the most memorable holiday we have had. I strongly recommend this property to anybody planning to visit Orlando

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed everything: the location is perfect, just minutes from all parks. Great place to stay: there is no way to compare it with a hotel.   This was our second stay at Vista Cay for the annual Premier Hair Show. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable and felt just like home ! We enjoyed a day at the Pool on our last day, and guest services staff was very kind to let us leave our luggage in an enclosed area before we had to head back home.   This is a beautiful Townhome. The owners are very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures posted reflect exactly what the home loks like. It was very clean. Television in every room and there were ample towels. I travelled with my 2 sisters, 11 year old niece and 9 year old nephew. There was the right amount of space and having 3 full bathrooms made it easy for us to get out to the Disney park early. There are 3 levels: 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 on the 3rd Level. Although we brought our supplies (Kleenex, paper towels,hand soap, toilet tissues, dish detergent) it was nice to see the home fully stocked. We decided to leave some of our goodies for the next incoming renter. Nearby shops: Publix, Walgreen, Walmart and several restaurants on International Drive. Disney parks are 10-15 minutes drive. Universal roughly 8 minutes. Wet-n-Wild waterpark 5 minutes. The owners of this property are very professional and responsive. Once I selected the rental within 24 hours they responded and within 48 hours I had my reservation number. Please don't get me wrong. I did my homework and diffidently asked lots of questions upfront prior to making a commitment. Working with the management was pleasant as well. Overall everything went extremely smoothly. S.   We had a wonderful stay in your beautifully appointed condo at Vista Cay! We took our entire staff to attend a chiropratic conference at The Dolphin at Disney World. The drive from your condo was only 15 minutes and well worth it! The layout was incredible and a way better deal than staying at The Dolphin.   We are a family of 4 from Sweden. We had a fantastic time in this perfectly located townhome. The owner is very nice and professional. He responds very quickly. It is a short drive to all of Orlando's theme parks and to bath large outlet malls. The beds in this home are the most comfortable we have had in any hotel we have stayed in.   We came from Vancouver with the boys who had the best times of their lives. The location was perfect for all the theme parks: we visited Disney, Wet and Wild, Universal/Harry Potter, Sea World and took in baseball spring training, and enjoyed the free tennis across the resort at Shingle Creek Rosen Hotel. The home was beautilfully furnished, very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The children loved their own big flat-panel TVs ! Thank you. We will be back.

  Samuel's hometown was one of the most wonderful and comfortable stays. Everything was provided to us the towels, all the kitchen tools, tv in every room, enough space, extra clean sheets etc...
