  Beautifully landscaped grounds,Tastefully decorated and very clean. Walking distance to many restaurant's, grocery store, golf course and a shopping mall. The air conditioning had a mechanical break down during our stay, we notified owners on a sunday and by monday repairs had been made.We couldn't of been happier w location, amenities and quick response from owners and property management..highly recommend and we look forward to booking again in the near future.

  We rented this condo for the month of April and loved everything about it. The pictures don't do the condo justice, it is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and all the amenities to make our month stay enjoyable. We loved being on the main floor and the large patio. The owners were great to deal with, they left excellent information on places and things to see and do in Mesa and area. The location of the condo is perfect for getting around either walking on driving. We can't wait for our return visit.

  We enjoyed our stay at Superstition Lakes and the condo is exactly as pictured. It is modern and well appointed, with all the conveniences of home. Loved those big fluffy towels. We love the location for it proximity to nearby shopping, golf courses and many restaurants within walking distance. One of our favorites is PF Changs. The property is clean and well maintained. It is convenient to the pool and hot tub as well. The rental process was easy and very freindly. We have rented in this complex before and knew what we were coming to, and really enjoyed this particular unit. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and hope to come again ourselves. Great for two couples or family. Thanks so much, Pam

  Pam & Glyn: There is nothing like minus zero temps and snow on the ground to motivate me to finally compose a long overdue note to express how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo in Superstition Lakes, Phoenix, AZ. Dot and I could not have been more delighted with the accommodations. The home was well decorated, comfortable and clean. The appliances were modern, the entertainment system first class, the internet service dependable. We will definitely recommend your condo to friends and family and re-book ourselves if we have the opportunity to visit Phoenix again. The location is very convenient to all the amenities we could want with a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Thanks again,

  Pictures of condo were very accurate and it was very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub on days weather permitted. Loved that we could walk to some stores and the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Really liked the Mexican restaurant On the Border that is nearby. Pam the owner was very professional, easy to deal with and made the rental process simple. I would highly recommend this secure, quiet condo to anyone.

  I rented this property for 2+ months to recuperate. It was everything I could have hoped for and was instrumental in my getting better. This is a lovely complex and convenient to everything. The owner was super nice and helpful.

  We travelled to Arizona for a quick holiday and couldn't have been more pleased with our rental experience. The condo is quick to find - right off the highway- and is in a great location for shopping, dining, golf and there is even a movie theatre just down the street! The condo is new, clean, very tastefully decorated and has plenty of room. In the kitchen you find fabulous granite counter tops and great appliances. There is a top of the line home entertainment system with big comfy leather couches in the family room and each bedroom have a separate bath. The owners made renting quick and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We really had a great time!!! Thank you for sharing your Arizona home away from home with us!

  To anyone considering a hotel over staying at a VRBO property STOP! VRBO is the way to go. We are new to VRBO and the experience was extremely positive. From explaining the damage deposit, rental, access codes and process, I felt personally appreciated and very confident with the owner's patience, thoughtfulness and experience. The owners have upgraded and furnished this property with everything you could want from a 5* hotel PLUS. From the fully equipped kitchen, luxuriously appointed bedroom, furnishings throughout and cleanliness, you couldn't ask for more. Full size fridge, ice maker, garage, gated entry, wine and martini glasses, blender, everything you need to cook a meal, who could ask for more? Except with this excellent location, who wants to cook when across the street is P F Chang, Red Robin and so many more restaurants and services within an easy walk. Then there's the beautiful patio overlooking the waterfall, where you can enjoy a home like coffee or beverage complete with blue skies and birds. If you want comfort, relaxation, safety and prime access this is the place for you. Would easily accommodate two couples or a couple with children. Strongly recommend this property - the pictures are up to date and REAL!
