  The property roomy, cozy and clean. The property conformed to its listing description and photographs. It is located a stone's throw from the shuttle (5 minute ride to the slopes, 15 to 25 minute on the return). The rooms were well appointed, the bathrooms and showers totally functional, and the hot tub, nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Deb, the owner, was helpful from booking through our departure. Planning on returning next January. Only real complaint is that the parking is a bit dicely, but once you acclimate, not that much of a problem.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This condo worked great for our large group of friends. We had a nice amount of space to relax and cook group meals and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. It was convenient to be located right across the street from the free bus line and just one stop away from the Gondola at the ski resort. The driveway and parking situation was tricky to navigate, but the onsite caretaker was available to help. The value for location and space is hard to beat. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for others and look forward to revisiting it again in the future.

  My friends and I really enjoyed this condo. Seven of us stayed and there would have been room for at least 3 more. The owner was friendly and cooperative, and the place was so charming and spacious. It had everything we could have wanted! It is also a very good location in relation to the gondola. I would absolutely go back.

  This is the perfect place to relax, cook together and play games after a hard day on the slopes. We've been staying at this condo for the past 5 years and look forward to returning every winter. The condo is outfitted with all the modern amenities... TV, cable, mp3 compatible stereo system, full kitchen but also has many personal touches that make it feel comfy and homelike- not the sometimes clinical cookie cutter feel you can get in many rental units. It is very convenient to the slopes an town, both with a car or via the free busline for which there is a stop directly across the street. Great place for families and large groups of friends- with 3 showers and a loft where you can sequester the kids! Highly recommended!

  We stayed in this place in Feb. '09 and summer '09 and back again in summer 2010. Great place. Always clean and tidy. Great location for access to resort. Short walk to Gondola if you cut thru at Ptarmigan Inn (stop in for Happy Hour). Or, take the free bus. Bus stop very close to condo. We stayed there in Feb. with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) with room to spare. Kids love the loft (especially the ladder). Comfy warm beds. Can't wait to get back.

  Although you can fly right into Steamboat Springs in the Ski Season, we prefer to land in Denver, and enjoy the under 3 hour drive to Steamboat. Try to do this, you won't regret the scenery! Now, for this condo-STAY HERE! 3.5 bathrooms! The bedrooms are large with large closets and windows with a terrific breeze! King bed is a dream, but all of the beds are comfortable. We put the teens in the loft. They loved it; there's a bathroom up there with a shower! The deck has a beautiful view of the hot air balloons as well as the sunset...which you can watch while sipping a cocktail in the hot tub! Oh, there's a small deck off of the King bedroom, too! Walk outside and there's the bus stop; Steamboat has a free bus which drives around downtown and Ski-town. We have stayed here 3 times, once with couples, once sharing with a family with younger children (ages 7-12), and once with our kids (ages 20-29). Best place to stay all three times. Only downside, parking is tricky....look at it as a challenge!
