Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal for your family in the state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops and the newest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, dishes, and linens that you will need to enjoy dining in. There is seating for four in the sunny breakfast room, and additional bar seating for three.Step through the glass doors onto the generous balcony and take in a lovely view of the beaches of Destin and the grounds of Seascape. There is room to relax outside on the balcony and even an outdoor table and chairs for casual dining.Luxurious linens, a comfortable king size bed, generous closet space and a flat screen LCD/DVD television are a few of its features. For evening sunset views, the balcony is accessible from the master bedroom through sliding glass doors. The master bathroom is complete with a deep roman tub, large shower with glass enclosure, plenty of counter space, and fluffy white towels. A second guest suite is tastefully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, ample closet space, and is complete with its own television. There is a spacious, private guest bathroom with bathtub and shower. The condominium features its own laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my family traveled from Birmingham, Al and we absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean and the location was convient. THe condo was VERY clean!!! This condo was very accomodating for 2 small familes with toddlers. The pool was great for the little ones, and the beach was a very short walk. The owners were very accomodating and worked with us when we needed to move our reservstion back. Overall, I am very pleased and reccommend this room to anyone that loves the beach and or has small children. We will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The condo was very homey and beautifully decorated. The Ariel Dunes pool is great for those with smaller kids as well as older. We have twin 6 year olds and the zero entry pool was fabulous! The beach is only a 5 minute stroll and was perfect for us. The rental from start to end was flawless.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our vacation was great! Condo very clean, large rooms and kitchen with well stocked cooking items and appliances. All common areas such as pools and grill areas clean and well maintained! On site eatery with good prices, service and qualityfood. Would definitely stay here again. Only "possible" negative, be aware Master bed while very comfortable, quite high and since I am short a little bit difficult to get into. Definitely something to consider if person renting has had ortho surgery, etc. Of course, another bed in guest room more accessible. All in all, a great value with a great view!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
