  This turned out to be one of our best vacations ever! Panama City Beach is beautiful and there is no shortage of fun things to do for adults and families alike. However, it was the comfort and beauty of this condo that made our stay unforgettable. The beautiful decor, cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail made all the difference! The furniture and appliances are like new, modern and well kept. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we slept in both the bunk room and the master, both were so very comfortable). The cleanliness was unlike any other beach rental we've ever used and it was well stocked with everything you'd expect or need. You can just tell the owners really treat this condo like a beautiful home. And the view, wow, it was simply breathtaking! We loved enjoying the ocean views from both the living space AND the master bedroom. We saw dolphins and stingrays right from our balcony! We even enjoyed front row views of a spectacular fireworks display over the ocean from the comfort of the balcony lounge chairs! The building itself offers a lot of perks like a great fitness center with pool and beach views throughout, heated pool (we came in Dec/Jan and my daughter loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the hot tub too, all the while overlooking the beach), and we really liked that the parking garage is part of the building, no crossing the street here. Hector and Traci truly know how to cater to their guest's needs and we simply loved staying here. Staying in this condo while visiting PCB is something we will plan to do again and again, there is no where else we'd rather stay!

  I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It is as beautiful as the pictures reflect. This unit was maintained and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were so easy to work with and responded quickly to our additional needs. We had our wedding on the beach right outside the condo and the unit was convenient to everything. No worries is what we wanted and that is what we got. Very relaxing especially with the beautiful sunset from the balcony. We did rent the wave runners from the booth by the condo and got a really good deal and had a really great time. I would recommend the Boars Head for dinner or just a walk down the beach to Sharkey's .

  Very nice condo in PCB, FL. Pool area was under maintenance while there, but stayed on the beach most of the time, so did not interfere with activities. Good value for off season, but weather was still great with less crowded beach and shopping. No traffic! Owner a pleasure to work with.

  We just returned home from a wonderful stay in PCB. The condo we rented through VRBO was just great. It was beautiful and a very good location. Very close to Pier Park and other popular restaurants! Be sure to visit Pineapple Willy's. This condo is located on the 24th floor and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Overall, very nice and very clean. Wish we were still there!

  We loved staying in the condo # 2407 at Sunrise Beach Resort. The condo was very clean and had every comfort of home. The view was breathtaking, and Hector and Traci are extremely kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and were very professional and provided us with all the info and help that we needed. The condo is decorated very nicely, and they have thought of everything when furnishing their unit. The powder white sand is soft, and the water is clear and beautiful. Panama City Beach has very good food. We tried Fatty's Sandwich Shop, and Jeannie's One stop Diner. Both were very delicious. Our absolute favorite meal was The Captain's Table about fifteen to twenty minutes away in Panama City. My family of 6 absolutely loved our stay and hope we are lucky enough to return to Panama City Beach in the near future. The photos on this site are extremely accurate and show you exactly what you are getting . I will be recommending this property to everyone I know looking for a great and affordable ocean getaway.

  The condo was really beautiful-it exceeded our expectations! The condo was decorated nicely and was very clean. It provided all the comforts of home, especially the kitchen. It was stocked with all we needed to eat lunch in the condo-we even cooked a few dinners. We have two teenage boys and one elementary school aged daughter and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was my absolute favorite. It is an amazing view and was a perfect place to sit first thing in the morning with a book and cup of coffee. It is close to Pier Park and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Thank you Hector and Tracy for sharing your condo with us!! We most definitely enjoyed our stay!!

  The listing for the property was very accurate. The owners were helpful and provided all the needed information. The condo was well maintained, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. We would go back next week if we could. We would definately recommend the Sunrise beach resort. Angelos steak house was wonderful, and my girls had a ball parasailing. We usedthe parasailing company that is right beside the resort on the beach.

  My family absolutely loved our 2 week stay at this condo. It is beautiful and the view is breathtaking, We saw dolphins, a huge stingray, and a manatee from the balcony in the early morning hours. The condo has all the comforts of home and Hector and Traci are very helpful and accommodating. We ate delicious seafood in the area and swam with dolphins. There is an abundance of things to do and see. We will definitely be returning,possibly as soon as later this summer. We have beenvacationing in this area all of our lives, and we enjoyed this condo more than any other place we have stayed.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo at Sunrise Beach, the place was very clean and very well equipped, the owners were very helpful and replied to our e.mails or phoned us. It was very accurately represented, with photos and description. I would recommend this property to friends or relatives. We have booked for 2 months next year. Places we liked to eat Margaritaville and Applebees
