My husband and I just spent two fabulous weeks at this condo. It is more than the pictures describe. The owner even called during our stay, To see how things were. This Condo is especially clean. I am a very neat clean freak, And it my expectations. Excellent views of the Ocean. I had coffee every morning on the Balcony, Listening to the Ocean, And watching the Dolphins play. We felt very secure. You had to have a key to enter the building, Elevator. Etc. The bed was so comfortable, I have to admit, I slept in a few mornings. You will not wrong with this Condo. We have stayed other places on Marco, But in all the other places, This one, Is by far, The best. We will be back

We loved staying in this unit. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing; we ate out on it several nights and enjoyed watching surfers ride the waves. Great experience. Owner is a very considerate and kind person. We'll be back!!!

We stayed in this unit for our 25th anniversary/2nd honeymoon ... and it was wonderful. The owner was very kind, the unit offered everything that we needed for a week at the beach. It was clean, comfortable and everything described in the ad. This building is very "secure" and you must use your unit key to gain access to all parts of the property, keeping away unauthorized people. Great for families or couples. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of this building for added convenience. Other restaurants, shopping, movies & comedy club within walking distance.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.
