About the owner: We are a retired couple who moved to Green Valley from the Phoenix area. I know - why leave Phoenix? Well, we wanted to be away from the maddening crowds. Green Valley has a small town feel and when you need everything a big city has to offer you can go to Tucson. It's only 20 minutes away on I-19. So we have the best of both worlds. And as a bonus the weather is better, the views are spectacular, the amenities are great and the people are friendly. What more could we ask?
Why the Owner Chose Casa Paloma II: We live in and LOVE Green Valley! We bought this house with an eye to the future. It is not as big and requires less maintenance than the house we are currently in. When the time comes and we are not able to take care of this big house we will still be able to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: The floor plan is perfect. - very little wasted space. And the guest bedroom can be set up as a suite with it's own bath. It is a quiet end unit with the desert at the back door.
