My husband and I spent three relaxing days in this quiet and very comfortable condo. As stated by the previous reviews, the condo is close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. This was a last minute trip and the White's were very easy to work with. My deposit check was returned within a week of our return home. The condo is very nicely appointed with almost anything you could possibly need. Thank you for your hospitality! We plan on staying here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

We're a family of four with two young children. After a few days of camping in NM, we were looking for a comfortable home to stay in, more than just a hotel room. This home was just the perfect place for us to stay while we're visiting Santa Fe. The home was very nicely decorated and it felt very homey. The best part of it all was that the condo was very convenient to everywhere. We walked to breakfast. We walked to Trader Joe or Whole Foods. We walked to the recommended (by the owners) restaurants nearby. Jim and Florianne were very helpful along the ways. Everything in the house were clearly marked. Instructions were provided, either sent beforehand via e-mail or noted in the house. We love all the personal touches Jim and Florianne gave to our whole experience in Santa Fe. Thanks!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you so much for choosing Casita Marota, Regards Jim

The condo was clean and quiet, and the owner was very responsive to emails and a phone call and returned our deposit promptly.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you Liz, hope you'll choose to stay with Casita Marota again! Cheers! J.W.
