Built in 2006 and just a short walk from the beach, this spectacular 4 story condo is like having your own private hotel, at almost 3,000 sq. ft. it boasts 5 balconies, fantastic ocean views and all the amenities that one would expect in an upscale beach home. It has 2 master bedrooms with walk in closets and large private baths, one with a large soaking tub. Each master also has a 32” LCD TV. The 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bunk bedrooms (twin over full) have access to a common bath. The bunk bedrooms have 19” TV/DVD‘s. Each bedroom has access to a balcony which features beautiful wicker furniture. The masters have private balconies.
Our home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including everything needed to enjoy gourmet meals in the privacy of a beautiful and well appointed dining room. Every room is accented with unusual works of art and niceties not found in the average beach rental. A professionally installed stereo, surround sound system is ready for your MP3 player. Speakers on the porch allow you to enjoy your music while you relax after a great day at the beach. An X Box 360 allows Netflix movies to stream via Wi-Fi as well as games for the kid in all of us.
Extra amenities include hair driers in the baths, iron & ironing board, high chair and a pack & play. There is a handicapped shower chair available if needed. A private elevator allows easy access to all floors. There is also an outdoor shower.
Located on a quiet street, our home is convenient to Kure Beach and Ft Fisher as well as the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the fishing docks. 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington. This is truly paradise.

Our family experienced an amazing week. The condo was very comfortable and accomodated 16 people throughout the course of our week there. The home is decorated lovily with all the amendaties that you could possibly need or want in the spacious kitchen. The ability to use the elevator to bring in the luggage was certainly a helpful thing as well. The views from the balconys were amazing and so relaxing. Able to see fireworks several nights during the week. Being so close to the beach was wonderful and convenient. There are all sorts of restaurants from diners to fine dining experiences. Loved the pier at Kure Beach and the ferry to Southport was fun for the family as well. We will look forward to a future visit someday.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My family and I rented this home for the week of July 4th. From the moment we walked in, we were very pleased with all that this home had to offer. The decor is very tasteful and was not what you would expect from a typical rental home - everything was in excellent shape, clean and modern. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and serve our small army. I LOVED the large granite island where we all seemed to gather, although there was a large table that we could have used. The bedrooms were also very well appointed and spacious. Most with their own flat screen TV. The bathrooms were all spotless and modern with tile, double sinks, etc. We sat on the upper level balcony every morning with coffee and every evening after our long days at the beach. The wonderful ocean breezes kept us cool, no matter how hot the temperatures got. On the 4th we had a wonderful time watching several area fireworks right from our own balcony! The beach was an easy stroll, off the busy main street, which I was grateful for. It was by far our best family vacation yet and my kids were already asking if we could rent the same house again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Head over to the Carolina Beach Marina & Fishing Center and watch the fishermen unload the day's catch, or take in one of Carolina Beach’s family-friendly events. Flip flops and a bike will take you everywhere you want to go.Our beaches are beautiful and clean, the fishing is great, NC surfing is some of the best on the East Coast. Kayaking around our marshes and tidal flats is a great way to explore the natural attractions. Birding is popular, as is spotting aquatic mammals and endangered Loggerhead sea turtles. History buffs must visit the Civil War historical sites at Fort Fisher. There are a lot of seafood restaurants, bars, and an activity filled boardwalk steps from the house. Downtown Wilmington is 20 minutes away with the historic riverfront which is a must see.
