  After doing the same old thing in Orlando for several years, we decided to try my childhood vacation area of Garden City, SC. I have used VRBO for our last 3 vacations and have not been disappointed. This time was no exception. Dealing with Denise was like talking to an old friend. I had initial reservations in booking due to the fact that she did not require a contract or security deposit. These reservations were not needed. Our family of five had a wonderfully comfortable stay at WatersEdge. While the building itself seems a bit dated, the condo itself was not. Denise has done a supurb job of decorating and assuring that (outside of towels) all of your vacation rental needs were met. Our 3 children ages 12, 11 and 9 were more than pleased with the condo, building and all amenities. The rental itself was a great value for the area! (Myrtle Beach has become quite expensive for rentals which is why we have opted for Orlando in the past.) Should we decide on Garden City for next year, this will be our rental of choice!!!

  My family and I stayed in this condo from July 16th to July 30th. We have rented many places over the past 40 years but this one has to be at the top. The work that Denise put into this unit was awesome. The resort was very family oriented and well run. We are planning another rental for next year. Would definitely rank this as an A. Very clean and had everything you need and beautifully decorated. Owner was very easy to work with.

  This was our first family vacation so we didn't really know where to start. A friend of mine referred me to VRBO and I came across this condo. It looked perfect! The condo absolutely exceeded our expectations and was beautiful! The owner, Denise, was awesome and so nice. Talking to her was like talking to someone that I've known for years. We took our two children and my mother and father with us and there was plenty of room. The resort where it is located has everything that you need and is also close to many good restaurants and attractions. If you are planning a trip to the Garden City/ Myrtle Beach area, this is definitely the place to stay! Our family plans to rent this condo every summer for many years to come! - Jessie

  I wanted to surprise my family with a trip to Garden City, Myrtle Beach in April. I didn't really know where to begin but I was referred to VRBO and came across this listing. I spoke with the owner who was so pleasant and so genuine. I was even the more pleasantly surprised when she told me she had recently done a complete renovation on the condo. I felt very comfortable with her although I was only able to see the pictures of the rental property online. When my family arrived this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was so inviting, so welcoming, so warm and so tropical. The condo sits right on the ocean and it is spacious and very, very clean. My family was so excited when we got there, because of course, the condo was our first impression and what a wonderful impression it made. It was wonderful and roomy enough to accomodate the whole family, with two balconies, a refrigerator, three televisions, an eating area and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It was truly the perfect getaway. Thank you Denise.

  My family just returned from a week at the condo and it was a perfect vacation! The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Everything you need is there and it is steps away from the beach. We have two small children and it was a very family-oriented beach and close to the Myrtle Beach attractions. We plan on returning next year! Thanks for allowing us to spend our vacation at your condo!
