  WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS APARTMENT. THE FISHING WAS GREAT FROM THE DOCK. WE WATCHED DOLPHINS AND BALD EAGLES FROM THE DECK. IT IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH LINENS. THE KITCHEN IS WELL APOINTED ALSO. THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, ESPECIALLY PAPA JOE'S. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND THE OWNERS WERE HELPFUL WITH QUESTIONS WE HAD ABPOUT THE AREA. WE WILL BE COMING BACK.

  Clean and well equipped with all kitchen wear and plenty of bedding and towels. We really enjoyed staying at the rental house. Fishing off the dock was a lot of fun and there were plenty of fish to catch. Very convenient and close to town for shopping and lots of restaurants. You can even buy wholesale seafood downtown and bring it back for cooking. We are planning to revisit next year because we really enjoyed it and the owner was very helpful and nice.

  We have traveled to this area 3 to 4 times a year for over 30 years. The southern charm of this place is priceless.....you will not find another place well kept, spotless clean,along with being well equipped with all the comforts of home. Fishing and crabbing in the area is perfect. We will definitely be back in the fall and enjoyed meeting the owner's.

  This will be the most exceptionally clean rental you will ever make. The two owners are wonderful people and the view of the bay is wonderful. Evening sunsets off the dock are so peaceful and beautiful. We have had a pair of nesting eagles light in the tree above the rear deck. This is our go to place when visiting Apalachicola and an exceptional value.

  This is a wonderful place for a laid back/relaxing vacation! The place is very clean and the pictures are accurate. The owners are great, we will be returning.

  With a great location, and a private dock on the bay, this apartment is not posh, but is comfortable and sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and the views from the back porch and dock are fantastic. We caught fish, including a flounder and crabs, and really enjoyed our stay. You will not find nicer folks to deal with.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
